Placed a order online and sat in the drive through line for over 40 minutes and got cold pizza... Tried calling said to hold...... Could hear people talking and saying we can't get phone calls until you take care of that.. the guy said I know. And stayed onthe phone for about 30 minutes and nobody answered could hear everyone in the background ... Lobbies closed due to short staffas well... Read more
I just ordered the new Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni. It IS NOT as described. Supposed to be pepperoni to the ?edge ? and a... ?carmelized? crust. This looks like a regular pizza with extra little pepperonis. So much crust that is just doughy.NOTCARMELIZED as it should be. I?m beyond dissatisfied. Grrr!! 45 min for a hot and ready pizza... I can't wait that long after I paid. I will be back later on to square up with your end.... Thanks. Went there again 8-7-22 and they are closed. They need to close this establishment. Ordered online and it was going to take 20 minutes, go inside to pick it up and they said... they haven?t even started making it. They said it was going to take an additional 20 minutes. So a total of 40 minutes. If Iwouldn?t have paid online, I would have just left. Worthless customer service, young kids who just don?t care. Better off goingsomewhere else for fast food. Now I understand why my father refuses to buy from this place. Never again, trust me. Read more
Hot and ready??? Several times had wait 10-15 minutes before someone came to the window. Ordered just a pepperoni pizza ( Hot... and Ready??). No pizzas were made up so no hot and no ready. 6/30/22 and I was served a burnt pizza? How is this acceptable??? Terrible taste! Old! Not cool! 5/01/22 changed my 5 star to a... 1 star after I ordered a pizza to be done at 6:15pm....not sure why it wasn't ready till 6:45pm, lobby closed and drive thrutakes forever!! Went to get a thin hot and ready as advertised and was told they wont have them ready until tomorrow. I go back the next day in... the drive through wait 30 minutes behind 4 cars. Finally get to the front and she says the thin hot and ready pizzas will be30-40 minute wait. Brutal. Read more
It seems little Ceasar's pizza no longer has pizza. How embarrassing that your pizza is out all the time. Make more Pizza, and... you will sell more pizza. I would imagine more than 20 people feeling the same way right now as they also expect a place thatserves hot and ready were turned away tonight.
