Good food at a fair price. Just wish they had sweet and sour sauce.

Drive through was fast. Not super friendly staff. Fries are not great and mashed potatoes are not great.

My dad went to take my kids there (9-2-22) for dinner and 3 employees watched him unload my kids, one even told him that the... lobby would probably be open for a few more minutes. A female employee that was standing outside went in and locked the doorright in my son's face and came back outside to talk to the other employee. Unimpressed and highly disappointed. Went to Greenville MI Popeyes, went inside to order, door was open, at 830 pm, was told the lobby was closed and I'd have to go... through drivethru. As I left a truck pulled in and parked, I went thru drive-thru, ordered as I was waiting for the food, I sawthe men from the truck order at the counter and proceeded to sit in the lobby! The manager that told me it was closed decidednot to serve me my food and had another person give it to me, obviously she saw my face when I saw she let others order andremain in the restaurant. Very quick drive thru. Friendly fast service. First time ever at Popeyes. I had the regular chicken sandwich, top of the menu... board, very good. Much better than others chicken sandwiches by far. Moderate price. Read more

Food is always good. Never had an issue with that. We love it. Service is good, no complaints there. Wait time, usually... atrocious. Recently they put a new menu screen in the drive through, it is horrible. The menu that it displays doesn't showhalf of what they have. For drinks all it had listed was minute maid. If you know the menu and can navigate it good, but if youdon't good luck. Lol food and service are good. Wait time and set up of drive through, avoid if possible. Read more

What a gem! Truly the best Popeyes I've been to. Store is clean, staff is friendly, and they knock customer service out of the... park. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and the food is always fresh. Way to go guys and gals! You should be veryproud of your store. Read more
