Super turned off on the new 1-12 options. Rep told me I have to get the stuff listed on there or it is an additional .50 for... each thing I change, cheese, veggies etc. this is the mos bogus thing I have heard. Had an order ready to go and completechanged my mind on what to do for lunch due to this. Food prices have already gone up and to add a charge for veggie changes is completely asinine. Horrible customer service! You now have to pay extra for veggies? What! Ridiculous! And they think it?s funny that that upsets... their customers. They are NOT friendly at all. If I would have had more time on my lunch, I would have left the sandwich andwent somewhere else! Oh, by the way, if you wear perfume or cologne, you can?t eat there.
