Super turned off on the new 1-12 options. Rep told me I have to get the stuff listed on there or it is an additional .50 for... each thing I change, cheese, veggies etc. this is the mos bogus thing I have heard. Had an order ready to go and completechanged my mind on what to do for lunch due to this. Food prices have already gone up and to add a charge for veggie changes is completely asinine. Horrible customer service! You now have to pay extra for veggies? What! Ridiculous! And they think it?s funny that that upsets... their customers. They are NOT friendly at all. If I would have had more time on my lunch, I would have left the sandwich andwent somewhere else! Oh, by the way, if you wear perfume or cologne, you can?t eat there. Or you can?t use coupons for only thecheap meat as well, no steak or chicken. I believe this place makes up the rules as they go along. WONT GO BACK! The employee where horrible. One had her boyfriend in there and all they could do where hug and kiss the while time. Then they... barely put anything on the sub. Hardly had any toppings to go on the sun also. Stay away from this place as it's gross and notworth the money. I learned my lesson the hard way and won't go back. Read more
Worst customer service experience ever. Took forever for the employee to get off her phone and even notice we were waiting, and... when she did realize there were customers she was extremely rude and imature. Once we got our subs, she proceeded to go back tobeing on her phone, another customer walked in and waited for about 8 minutes without being helped, walked out, and came out andasked if anyone had came in, which I told her they'd been waiting and had left.... doesn't help that the food bins weren'tsanitary whatsoever, and she didn't even bother to wear gloves. I go to this Subway weekly if not daily and today was not okay. A lady with a braid in her hair and little acne was making my... sub and was honestly rude. I work in retail/customer service job myself and can understand it can be stressful. But it was onlyme and my friend in the building and we weren?t treated the best. The vegetables were old and smooshy. I let the bad lookingspinach slide but when I asked her to take off the four nasty tomatoes she huffed. Now that I?m eating my sub it tastes Very sadand there?s barely any flavor. I only get a veggie sub and Never have a bad experience but today was a zero out of ten. Read more
