Long line, no issue with that people ahead of us went we waited as one employee took care of customers in front of us while... another employee took care of online orders. Stood for about 10-15 minutes waiting. First employee who was helping in storecustomers comes behind and starts more online orders completely ignoring us. Terrible service and slow workers. Met with plenty of attiude.. sandwitch was sparcely made. Hardly any ingredients even though I had chosen to put every veggie on... it. Rolled it up so tight it was as big around as a 50cent peice. Then I'm informed at the counter they cant take $50 and $100bills. Look, manager. If you want to work in the retail sphere you need to take cash. Learn to go to the bank and have enoughchange in your drawes to make change for cash users. Learn to not inconvenience paying customers. I went to this subway and the lady who fixed my sub gave me a dirty look as fixed my sub she dropped her head as though spitting... and sounded like it I didn?t feel good after that other subway restaurants I had problems with as well I can?t deal with thisanymore and some would not take my coupons I told the manager at Coorprate and they responded very nasty I guess that?s why theyhave horrible staff Read more
Food trays left open and unattended today for at least 15 minutes. Tables are filthy. Staff walking around doing nothing. Update... stopped into subway at walmart in greenville young girl was cashing people out and doing various things and NEVER CHANGING HERGLOVES not even after picking stuff up off the floor. Ordered a 12" sweet onion teriyaki in a salad. Paid for a 12" plus a the $2.50 charge for it being a salad! I got a half scoop... of meat, spinach, onion, cucumber, cheese & black olives. All of it could have fit in a 1 cup measuring cup with room left over!Will not eat there again & will not tell anyone else to go there! I will be telling everyone to buy a salad in Walmart & eat itin the car, they will get more & cost them less! Don't go there if you want value for what you pay! Read more
My husband was grocery shopping and we decided spur of the moment to get Subs for dinner. I got a BLT on Flatbread. Simple... right?? Well you would think so. Well I took one bite and it's waiting to be returned tomorrow. There was NO LETTUCE I wantedonion and literally 3 pieces on a footlong and one tomato on the middle of each half. Worst food I've EVER ordered! I'm not one to complain but ordered food online and when I picked it up my whole order was wrong,... the egg wasn't cooked, neither sub was toasted, and they charged me for cookies but I didn't get those! Been trying to callrepeatedly but the only phone number listed is disconnected. I ordered a steak egg and cheese sub with green onion andjalapeño, attached a picture below and it looks like they just threw whatever leftover veggies they had from last night on mysub.Trying to reach corporate now.
