Ok. I pulled up too the window to pay. I then said "can you please split my pay" (Which means, half cash. Half card.) Right? I... don't know who the lady manager was. apparently that's not done there? It's done at every other Wendy's, McDonald's and tacobell. WHAT? I was literally turned away for trying to pay for food. SHAME ON YOU WENDYS. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATIONAGAIN. Sincerely- a super annoyed local. Read more
Used to be a fine establishment before corporate fired the only one who cared. Rest of the good employees left and now low at... the state of things. Hope they learned a lesson. Read more
Speed at drive thru has been horribly slow for years and still not much has changed. But be sure to kill 15 to 20 minutes in the... drive thru and your food will likely be cold. Might have better service at Johnny's across the street. Read more
What a joke! Order was wrong, food was cold and it took 10 minutes from the time I paid to the time I recieved my food. $25 for... two people is also a bit ridiculous considering the quality of food we recieved. This place used to be a decent place, but notanymore. I suggest maybe having somebody on staff that's older than 16 to drive these employees to be faster and better at theirjobs. Complete and utter joke this place has become. No wonder Culver's is packed wall to wall these days. Called to tell them whoever is making sandwiches isn't paying attention but NO ONE ANSWERED!!! I asked at the speaker box to... double check that the chicken got grilled and they said it would be and its definitely not, there's no bacon on my sandwicheither and when I called 6 times I got kicked to a busy sound or it stopped ringing altogether. I know this location has beenshort staffed for a while but come on my sandwich is only a little bit right thanks for messing up my lunch and over chargingsince I didn't want the meal just the sandwich. Has to be the slowest fast food in town. Plan on waiting for 15min to get your food, also make sure your order is complete as I... had to ask for my drink, my fries, my sauce. Worst Wendys around. Read more
Went there for lunch today, room temp fries and nuggets....not sure why the prices don't match the menu board. A medium is an... upcharge? If so that needs to be said in the speaker or on menu board but 7.69 after she says medium or large....I assume mediumis that price by the way I was asked! Then to be full of ice!!! Every single time I think I give them another chance it?s a big disappointment. Every time I go, I get something else then what... I ordered. Not once have I got my actual order. I really have no words. Plus the wait time is just beyond fast food.
