Terrible!!!! I used the app, paid for my order. Showed up at the Kiosk to enter my code and nothing was there. I was told "Oh... sorry".. it didn't show up on my screen. And this was the MANAGER telling me this. So I had to sit and wait for my order!!!!Ridiculous Read more

Very poor service , never had an issue with this place. On step 18 my husband went n and place his order after 8 people , he... sat and waited.. other people came in and order their food just like my husband. They continue to cook the pizzas to fill up thebox while my husband?s pizza sits on the counter not even put in the oven.. The others who have placed their order get theirpizza cooked and they had left my husband sit there and watch 26 people get waited on and get their pizza and left and he?s hadnot even been cooked yet.. I don?t care if this makes anyone mad but they waited on all the Black people that came in after himand that should not have happened.! When you work in public places your job is to take care of all your customers not justspecific colors. And yes it has everything to do with color because if he was not white he would get waited on and get his pizzabut he was white and he got overlooked why everyone else got their pizza cooked and his sit there! I most certainly made acomplaint gave them bad reviews because they were in the wrong my husband could?ve been a jerk about it could?ve shown his buttgot the money back and walked out but he still waited as he got ignored!!!! When you cry for equal rights make sure it?s forboth sides not just one! Very pathetic and inhumane!! God have mercy on them. I travel frequently and I never liked this store until they hired the new cashier Destiny. She is very sweet and always... pleasant. The communication that she and the back staff has is amazing. She seems to genuinely care about the customers. Will bevisiting soon. Read more
