Very uncleaned, the manager Amanda takes very crude packs proper management skills. Watching her belittle her coworkers is... tough. I surprised to see the young lady making food sandwiches bounce back fourth from doing dishes I would applaude themultitasking tho I'm sure there is some cross contamination concerns. Halloween donuts look good when they actually get themdone. Lack of management lack or wanting to be there, it shows. Burnt espresso, uncooked hashbrowns. I don't live locally soperhaps I just hit a bad day. Overall the staff was friendly, clearly tired but definitely lacking motivation. Read more
Why can this Dunkin not get a drive thru right?? They are the worst!! You will literally wait at least 5 minutes before someone... gets on the speaker only to tell you to wait. DO NOT GO HERE. Read more
I go here almost everyday. Always a hit and miss. food is usually alright for the most part. BUT DRINKS these kids cant make a... coffee for the life of them or there just rushing to give people awful products. My coffee looks and tastes degusting never mindthe fact they cant even mix a drink properly. Asked for REGULER CREAM WITH LIQUID SUGAR lol .This is a brainless job even whenrushed to fill orders but these people still fail to care about there work ethic. Read more
The signature cake batter latte is advertised as coming with chocolate drizzle and jimmies. Today mine was made with tons of... cinnamon sugar powder, I was never asked if I wanted a substitute (I assumed they ran out of Jimmies and chocolate syrup sinceneither were on my coffee). My order was repeated back to me twice, so 3 times including my own, I open up my bag which had my 2food items I ordered in it and to my surprise (NOT) I found a plain bagel not the everything I ordered, so I went back in andstood there for another 6 min waiting for a remake of my bagel, the staff working at 8am this morning 5/12 clearly weren?t happyto be re making my food because they voiced that loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. As I stood there I thought ?oh thiswould be a great time to ask why my iced latte was the way it was? when I politely asked if they were still using chocolatesyrup and Jimmies I was rudely answered by the same woman who ?was in the middle of something and couldn?t remake my bagel? Sheresponded and said yes chocolate drizzle and jimmies, and so I said do you have that? And she says if we do it would be on itand walked away. Was also told the bagels come toasted and that?s why my bagel wasn?t put in the toaster. Read more
This is THE #1 dunk-ins in the area. The staff is always pleasant no matter what their stress levels are and I can tell that... they really want every customer to leave satisfied and happy. The location is always clean & staff is always prepared to suggestnew menu items! I look forward to getting my coffee and breakfast every morning because of this fantastic and well managedstaff. This is the slowest dunkin I have ever been to. Every time I come here, I usually have my kids in the car so I have to go... through the drive through. Every car that drives up always has to sit at the drive through speaker for 5-10 minutes waiting tobe helped. Then sit at the window waiting for their order for another 5+ minutes. When you see about 10 people working in theback you start to wonder what the heck they?re doing. It is always a 20+ minute experience coming to this location. If you havetime to drive to a different one, I highly advise it. Side note, I never usually give bad reviews but this one is fullydeserved. This place needs new Management. Today I couldn?t get my coffee and sandwich because door was locked. I have a big truck that... won?t fit drive thru. This is getting out of hand and this location. The poor girls working today deserve a promotion and raisefor showing up under this nonsense ran store by the so called managers. I hear the stories from the girls there. You hire themfull time then cut there house to squeeze in a part timer that dosnt show up and quits and screw over your full time employeesthat still show up everyday even with bad working conditions of management. Most incompetent staff on 11/15/22.The quantity and the actual coffee itself was made wrong. I had to ask for 2 coffees after... getting one, twice. Both of them tasted like ****. I am only mad now that I even went there to waste money. Read more
