Yeah its dunkin? Chain, the staff is hit or miss never really good unfortunately you going to wait no matter what and... occasionally get the wrong stuff or wait there for 5 minutes after you ordered and find out they don't have what you ordered.It's faster to go make your own coffee/pastry at Cumberlands or Stewart's. Really good Dunkin Donuts. They typically move pretty quick and the staff are also great. To save a little bit of time you can... also send in your order ahead of time through there app. A lot of stores are also nearby which puts it in a great location. Theyalso have a drive through as well. Read more
Morning shift is AWESOME. Wherever they found the animals for the afternoon is beyond me. I dont know ANY dunkin but this one... that cleans everything up and stands around for the last hour of their shift. You can never go here in the evening and get evena DECENT coffee it always sucks. I dont know what they did to train the afternoon staff, if anything at all. But something MUSTchange. Read more

I consistently have a bad experience at this location with my coffee being incorrect or missing ingredients with not being... friendly and just chilling or chatting, with the exception of a few who are friendly and clearly take pride. It's the only oneclose to me in Westerlo but I would drive to slingerlands just to get consistency for the amount I'm asked to pay for a coffee. Read more
