Would rate 0 stars, not offered. I call ahead for a take out order, the employee tells me theres a 45 minute wait. I go to Pet... Smart across the parking lot and buy some pet food. I give them an hour to complete the take out order. When I came back to pickup order it still was not ready. they said 30 minutes wait time. I wait 30 minutes for the order. Still not ready ask to speakwith the manager. He's busy, but will get to me ASAP. mean time 2 hours has passed no order. I try to get the employee takingorder.She's very inexperience, the old This is my first week line. Manager come out. I tell him I want my money back and I'vewaisted 2 hours of my life at his restraraunt. And remind him he has a 90.0 Sanitation rating and I want a refund. He says sorryyou feel that way. I tell him I will never eat here again and report the bad service to corporate. He says to do what you got todo. Blames it on COVID. I blame it on poor management skills and poor preperation, time management and not hiring and trainingthe right people for the job. There's an old saying 94.0 sanitation rating and out the door. So much potential in this place (for a chain restaurant). We go here often and the food is usually always good and the... bartenders are very nice and friendly. However, the bathroom’s are ALWAYS less than pleasant. Tagging the host/hostess doubleduty to clean bathroom’s obviously is a failure of management to realize that this duty is being neglected. And GET SOME NEWBARSTOOLS!!! The current one’s are ripped and not comfortable. ***UPDATE*** Hey, “Owner”. I filled the exact sameinformation as above but via the app. Now what? It took over an hour to get our food and all it was was 10 wings, fries, and a Buffalo chicken wrap. Our waitress was terrible.... She came to our table 3 times...to take our order, bring our food, and to bring our check. Also, you would think with drinksbeing almost $3.50, we could've got atleast 1 refill. She did however check on the 2 tables beside us quite often...I hope theirexperience was better than ours. Read more
The food is way overpriced and not that good. Mellow mushroom has better wings. We also waited a long time for our order,... and we were only one of 3 tables sitting inside. The take out customers got served first. We will not be back. Read more
The French fries were cold. The chicken wrap had almost no chicken. And was pathetic. The wings were cold and the flavor was not... that great. I will not be back, and would be embarrassed if I served this to a customer. The Bleu cheese dip was watery. I stillcan't believe they would let this leave the kitchen. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to any other wing place besides thisone. I will be contacting them for a refund. I didn't think I could be more dissatisfied. They have changed some of their wingflavors and offer less variety. Pitiful. Read more
After getting our initial order wrong and remaking part of it, which happens 9/10 times we call in, my husband realized they had... not added our daughter’s Mac and cheese side. We waited for it in the parking lot and then went back in to pay over $4 for aSIDE to literally throw away the garbage they served her in a cup. It was scrapped off the bottom of a pan of over cooked pastaand cheese sauce. Our kids love BWW but Greenville has really lost their way. Read more
I opted to enjoy the Dallas at Eagles game at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was too cold to head to the stadium and root my team on in... the stands—being that I’m a travel agent, I missed that commission!!! I also hated the fact I couldn’t get my favoritespinach artichoke dip from here. However, the atmosphere was perfect for the loss of my team. The good food help me lick mywounds and fingers. I went on a Sunday and they were under staffed. We walked in around 12:20pm and didn't get our food until after 1:40pm. The... service was good, but our food came out Luke warm and my food didn't have what was advertised from the menu on it. I don't blameour server for this cause she was working hard and was apologizing for the wait, and checked regularly if we were enjoying ourmeal. In my eyes the kitchen is to blame for the warm not hot food, missing ingredients, and longer than expected wait times. Read more
