Me, my wife and our two girls had a great experience tonight. Our hostess was polite and friendly plus she got us buttered... croissant within the minute of seating us. Our server Lauren came shortly after and took our drink orders and came right backwith them. We still needed time to order so she offered an appetizer. When we were ready and called through the tablet she tookour orders right away. The food was delicious and presented it beautifully to us. She remembered that our child wanted a?girl?s? meal and switched her drink that she didn?t like. This place is a memory to the start of our family and they honoredthat tonight ???? Read more
UPDATE: Had lunch here today, wait time was quoted 20, but we were seated in 10, they were very busy, but short on help... unfortunately, however our server Alex was wonderful! Very pleasant and accommodating, restaurant was clean, food was served hotand delicious and in a timely manner considering the amount of guests to servers. We will be returning again. And please people,when you dine out, be mindful of the places that are short staffed, try to be patient as they are doing their best toaccommodate you with their best efforts! Fantastic food and fantastic service!! They have an extensive menu for everyone! Ienjoyed the homemade original Cheeseburger with a side of loaded baked potato soup, served fresh and piping hot. The food was amazing! I had salmon, broccoli cheese casserole and a loaded potato. My boyfriend got a large steak and mashed... potatoes. Both dishes were very delicious. The service was horrible! The hostess didn't greet us-my bf said table 4 two :( ourvery young server comes over we ordered sweet teas, she comes back 4 our appetizers-she ran off before I could say what Iwanted! Food took a bit longer than expected. My bf asked 4 A1, she brings a completely EMPTY bottle! I pressed the call 4 yourserver button...red light on at least 6 mins-i finally yelled across the dining area 2 the hostess (mind you several servers andtwo busboys made eye contact with me during the wait) finally our server comes back...by the time we were done, then she wantsto be nice-do u need a Togo box? The menu items aren't the most impressive, but everything I've ever got from here has been amazing. Last night, I tried the... T-bone, which was recently added to the menu and I was amazed... it was much better than the ones I've gotten from steakhousesrecently. Very flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. Cheddar's has become one of my favorite restaurants. I absolutely love their bourbon glazed salmon! You can get it grilled,... blackened or bourbon-glazed. It comes with rice, and you can also get 2 additional sides. Their red beans & rice and green beansare tasty sides and have good flavor. To top it off, we got the Hot Fudge Cake Sundae. Update 03.23.2022: Tonight I had dinner with my in-laws and everything was perfect and delicious! The server was fantastic! He... was very attentive to our needs and served our table with professionalism and thoroughness! I decided to go with the MonteCristo again because it is just so tasty!!! I'm giving Cheddars a 5 star tonight because everything was absolutely perfect andamazing! Thank you! Previous visit: The service was good until we received our food, after that we were pretty much on our own.I had the Monte Cristo with a raspberry dipping sauce, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared! This used to be my favorite spot. Service is horrible now. Took forever to get my appetizer. When I finally got it we had cheese... everywhere and no salsa. I ordered salmon which comes with rice & 2 sides. I literally had a teaspoon of rice under my salmon.And more juice than corn. My waitress, Carmen, was lost. I had to flag down someone else for them to tell me there's no morerice and my waitress should've told me. No apologies when we finally found her just took the meal off. Read more
