Great tasting food but they often forget something or confuse your order. Usually never a big mess up, just missing sauce or a... different kind of cheese than ordered. Great service but the line gets very long so prepare to wait a good few minutes. Read more

I didn?t think it was possible for a Chick-fil-A to be bad but this location proved me wrong. I think it could be the worst... Chick-fil-A in America. Extremely slow, terrible service, food can be undercooked. Read more

Food is of course delicious. This location is lacking a smooth flow. Just as other locations have done, they need to shut down... and rebuild a better drive thru area. Absolutely terrible at lunch and some dinner rushes. Read more

We ordered on the app, as soon as we got to the location we checked in, at it took 39 minutes to get our food. Not only that but... the horrible attitude of most of the employees was very unprofessional. There were more than 10 people waiting on their orders.I just moved here from Florida and chick-fil-a has excellent service and fast as well. I am going to try another chick fil a andsee if their service is better than this one. Very disappointed ?? They all need the my pleasure training for sure. Read more

Went through the drive thru on 9/8. We had a large order that was placed through the app. At the drive up window it took a... little longer than usual which I understand due to the order. Mind you we just ordered three meals. At the window their wereabout five or six employees. They were waiting on my fry order. The employee in the back yelled loud enough for all to hear andmyself out the window obscenities about my female physique and large fry order. The girl at the window said she heard you. Itried to call the store, no answer. I called corporate and they assured me that someone would call. I haven't received a call.For a company that portrays Christian values I would hope this would be addressed. There is no reason to speak this way about orto anyone. Read more

Do not order a chick-fil-a tray on game day. I placed an order for a chicken nugget tray a week in advance to be picked up... 8am-8:30am on game day (12:00 game). I arrived at 8, didn?t get acknowledgement from any staff until 8:30, I continued to wait &by 9am I was told it would be another hour wait. There were tons of people waiting. I feel that they should have stopped takingorders once they got to a point that the kitchen could not handle any more orders. Meanwhile they continued to take drivethrough orders and walk in orders. While people that had ordered days in advance had to wait for hours. The staff was notapologetic in fact they were rude and unhelpful. I am generally a huge chick-fil-a supporter but not this location. I will neverreturn. Read more

Absolutely Horrific! There was a hair on the side of my drink, I didn?t think anything of it since it was on the outside. Later... I drank my drink and proceeded to get a hair! Rude customer service, I have called probably around 20 times. No answer.Absolutely disgusting. Opened my fruit cup and had a moldy strawberry, and my five count nugget literally only had 4! Read more
