Food was not good at all but the service was great! One of us ordered the dip trio, and the queso came out cold. We sent it... back. We got our entrees, and half of them were cold like they had been sitting out. The kitchen needs to work on qualitycontrol before sending food out. Where was the manager when this was happening ?! Please needs alot of help. Long long waits and servers don't check on you when you get your food. The place needs a face lift... inside and out. It is dirty and in need of repairs throughout the building. The have mold growing on the duct work and thebathrooms look like they have not been cleaned in months. Read more
I?m unsure of why i am even making this review after the ridiculous amount of bad ones. Generally we have good experiences... ordering chillis takeout. However, we got our order tonight (a smokehouse combo and the turkey club), and our order was soawful. We received no sauces for anything, which was the least of the problem. thankfully since were home we can just go to thefridge and grab it (no biggie). However, The turkey club legit had no cheese, no bacon, no avocado, and no pesto mayo. It hadlettuce, sandwich meat, and regular mayo. How do you forget the actual contents of the sandwich? Like CHEESE? Not to mention thesandwich was um... interestingly constructed. Honestly really frustrating since the food is not cheap. Prob won't be orderingfrom here again. ** to add, we also realized the street corn has nothing on it that makes it street corn. Legit just gave uscorn on the cob. this place is such a joke. Read more
I ordered the chipotle chicken that I have ordered for year's. I noticed it was removed from the menu until recently. I was... excited and ordered today only to find that either I got the wrong order or the recipe has changed. I do not like this at all.It taste like a hot bbq sauce. Very disappointed on my meal. I love chili?s usually don?t have a problem but tonight I ordered skillet queso and this definitely was not that it was like a... nacho cheese ?????? with nothing in it just cheese. But i give three stars because my pasta was good ???? Read more
Chili's needs to send someone down to this restaurant and conduct a review. Totally mismanaged. Just not what I expected from a... Chili's. The restaurant was dirty, in need of a deep cleaning. Bathroom was filthy.....State Health Department rating is 83.00. Which is not what I would expect to see from a major chain. Anyway, the waiter was very polite and did a great job.....the foodwas just ok.....took forever to come out and then it was not hot. Had to ask for salt and pepper......pepper shaker was empty.Lots of little things like this......no attention to detail. Read more
Well let's start with the B sanitation grade. Then when you look around you can see the building is in complete disrepair. It's... grungy. The drinks are over priced and weakly poured. The smoke taste seems artificial. Would not recommend. Read more
