The manager and owner of this store should be held responsible for making one girl work the store all by herself on a busy... Sunday. She had a great attitude but three of her coworkers called out. In this case scenario, the manager should have come into help her or the owner should have had enough decency to shut the store down. I know she isn?t getting paid enough to run astore by herself but had a great attitude about it anyway. I hope she can find a better job soon as this just shows howdisrespectful and indecent the owner is. Read more

The staff was helpful and courteous. The ice cream was extremely overpriced and it had absolutely no flavor. Fifteen dollars for... a cupped single scoop & another order for two scoops in a waffle cone. #Ludicrous!! Read more

Love Coldstone. Ice cream was pretty good.

This place is a good place to go for good ice cream. All of the ice cream tastes great and the mix ins are mixed into the ice... cream right in front of you. There is a good selection of flavors, and most of the signature flavors are pretty tasty. Thelocation is also pretty good, you can stop in here for a break while visiting all of the surrounding shops. Read more

It wasn't the cleanest (hygiene and old toppings caked behind the plexiglass among other things). I'm fairly certain the... employee who made my order was either new, high, or both. The ice cream was just ok and I think it was missing a few things andnot well mixed. Kind of bummed me out because I remember adoring this place as a kid. Read more

When I walked in they were finishing with the last person in there. I told the guy that I had a semi big order. So the guy... worked on one and the other 2 girls worked on one each, one of the girls I had to repeat the order to her twice then when shestarted she still messed up the order. I had asked for 7 waffle bowls I told them no holes and no dark ones, I don?t know whomade them that day but whoever was running that store that day should have trashed them and showed them how to make them theright way they were thick, hard as a rock, and overall just NASTY. All three of them didn?t wear any gloves when touching icecream and waffle bowls. The person that rang me up never gave me my card back so when I got home I had to drive all the way backout there to get it. They have good ice cream just not the greatest workers. Read more
