Order a Deluxe Pizza with extra cheese and soda for a working lunch at the office. A pizza was delivered and the lady was... tipped. After the delivery lady left we realized the order was wrong. They left us a cheese pizza. We called the store and theperson answered seem reluctant to believe they got the order wrong and interrogated me about if we had eaten any of the pizza, Irepeatedly told him no. I then asked for a manager, someone who identified themselves as Collins came to the phone andquestioned me again about if we had eaten any of the pizza. He asked me three times during the course of our conversation and Irepeatedly told him no. They were more concern about if we ate the pizza than getting the order corrected and I expressedthat to him. He went on to say he can not replace the pizza if we had eaten any of it. I told him no again, we have not eatenany of it. My conversation with them became frustrating and I felt disrespected. I told Collins that my husband was on the wayto return the (UNEATEN)cheese pizza and we desire a full refund of the cost of the pizza and the tip. They made the error butacted as if we did something wrong. No one should have to go through this for a pizza!!!, and one that they were responsiblefor making the error. Gee wiz! Honestly the best location in Greenville please keep it up, the only problem I had was a couple random toppings (piece of bacon,... piece of pineapple) careful for people with allergies, or vegetarians. Otherwise no complaints. Edit: Shout out to Nicholas andGiovanni, if they?re making your pizza, it will be good! They make it fast too! Read more
