Called late night to place a pickup order twice - and they answered and immediately said "thank you for calling Domino's Sorry... we're closed thank you for calling have a good night." They should adjust their hours if they are deciding to close prematurely.Understandable to not want to work late at night - not understandable to claim the establishment is open and then deny orders... Paid for extra sauce and cheese but got it soaked and so soggy everything fell off trying to pick it up. Pile of mush. The bacon... tomato chicken had two small pieces of bacon with no sauce. Offered me 60 points towards a pizza. ???? Read more

The wings barely had any sauce and I got no ranch. Oh yeah and I did not get my drinks either. I called and the person didn't... even ask for for my name or number she just assumed which makes me think it was intentional..and didnt apologize for for either.I was told it will be another 45 minutes as if customer are lined up at the door..yeah right.. I received a coupon with my pizza and two more in the mail. According to the store they expired over a year ago and cannot be... used. As you can see in the photo I received one on Wednesday f this week. The manager states nothing they can do about it, butI am free to contact corporate @Dominos. Not to mention Charles Blvd has likely the rudest manager I have ever spoken with. Nomore Domino's for me. Read more

So, ordered $35 worth of food and apparently the quality checker got bored with their job and thought that a pasta bowl that was... burnt and more than half empty was okay! Maybe there was some fine print that I missed while ordering. The picture on thewebsite shows a decent amount of pasta in the bowls, but that was truly not what they made for me. What was the picture game weplayed as kids...oh yeah, spot-the-difference! Actually, I may have to question the training protocol because the Stock Picturewas what the end goal should have been, but the four pictures of what I got clearly were not the end goal! Then again, maybesomeone was hungry and felt that I did not deserve the ordered amount! Maybe Domino's scaled back the quantity and quality oftheir products and I did not get the memo! Ordered a pizza tonight, but the quality checker was sleep! Maybe a good lighting filter will make the "raised burnt spots" on... my pizza go away! They even had a very appealing promotion about "ALL PIZZAS ORDERED FROM 4P TO 9P WOULD BE 49% OFF THE REGULARMENU PRICE"! Maybe I misunderstood that to mean the price of the pizza rather than the quality! Maybe there was some fine printthat I missed while ordering! I attached a picture of what I got and the stock photo from their website. Maybe they have areally good lighting feature that makes theirs look so much more appealing. Anyway, I'll still order this pizza in the future,but I'll have to try another location cause this location clearly does not have a QUALIFIED QUALITY CHECKER! Read more

I placed an order for two pizzas and two cheese breads and arrived to pick the order up. When I arrived home after driving in... the pouring rain for ten minutes I find HAIR in my food. So I do what a normal consumer would do and call the store and explainthe situation. I got no apology for the mishap in fact I got questioned as if I had caused the issue by putting my own hair inthe pizza. I had to then go back out in the pouring rain back to the store where they had not even started remaking the pizza.When I showed the person who claimed to be the manager he just opened the box and walked away. Still no apology from themanagement staff. I spent $35 on food at this establishment. Then I had to wait for more than twenty minutes for a new pizzaand still got no apology before I left. The manager couldn?t be bothered to even look up and look at me in my face. There weremore than 10 employees that I could count working in the store. Very Very poor service from this store!!!
