I called in my order (hibachi chicken an steak) and when I get there the lady at the registered was adamant that I ordered... shrimp and steak. When I explained that I had not (I don?t eat seafood period) she told me, ?next time you order right!? Shewas extremely rude and has no place at the front of house. Overpriced. Asked for Hibachi chicken. Comes out to over 8 bucks with no drink included?.??????????? Also asked to have the... onions and zucchini swapped for broccoli instead. Ended up getting the same amount of broccoli as if I never brought it up,meaning they skimped me on the amount of food people usually get. When I brought it up, I was told that?s all I get in broccoli.So long story short, I paid over $8 to get a giant box of rice with a few pieces of chicken and even fewer pieces of broccoli.Leaving a photo so anyone reading this knows I?m not full of it. Wow. The food was great bit you have to find this place in the shopping plaza. Be careful, you might pass it with it'd charcoal... and black storefront. The food is delicious and the portions are a good size. This place is great for lunch and dinner and theyoffer sushi, XpressMusic bowls, starters/appetizers, soup, salads, Ala carte side items as well as small portions for children.They feature self serve fountain Pepsi products. The dining area is small and quaint. I really have enjoyed this place. I hopeto visit again real soon. Read more
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Pleaseee avoid this restaurant! I believe decent customer service is the bare minimum of any establishment... and I experienced the absolute worse customer service here. The lady at the register was extremely EXTREMELY rude and had a verynasty attitude after being asked a "single" question. Based on some of the prior reviews it seems this is a CONSISTENT PROBLEM.People are still commenting on her rudeness. Unfortunately, this lady has not changed. I assume she is likely the owner/manager.These reviews may not change her behavior, but if it eliminates one (hopefully more) potential customer(s), then this review hasserved it's purpose. I was completely disgusted by her attitude so I decided to leave and not order anything. Consideringinflation and the state of the economy, I refuse to spend money at a place that obviously doesn't care about how they treattheir customers. After leaving this place I decided to go to Hibachi Japan 10th Street (customer service was 10x better)!! Iwill never come to this restaurant again. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend anyone support their business; hence why I decided toleave a review. If it was possible, I wouldn't even give them one star (they don't deserve that)! In fact, that speaks volumes,because typically I don't leave bad reviews unless its a TERRIBLE experience. Regarding the lady at the register, if you're thathateful/rude to your customers, the last place you need to be servicing is the register!
