Had an issue with a delivery order, but the staff was very gracious about dealing with it and they usually have zero issues. The... food is awesome every time! The food is still good, but I had another issue today and unfortunately the Hwy 55 website doesn'tgive the store staff the tools to refund missing items. This was one of my last meals in North Carolina, and my goodness, y'all won me over. I'd ordered through DoorDash, and oddly... enough, this was the location that filled my order, rather than the one closer to my hotel - which happened to be the locationright up the street from where I had lived, lol. My poor Dasher had a long trip, so I gave them a second tip upon arrival forthe trouble. Let me start off my Hwy 55 review by saying the fries and tots weren't the freshest, but they were still delicious- which is never the case anywhere else, in my experience. I got my Andy-sized burger Carolina-style, and boy, was it tasty.The hotdog, which I'd had made with mustard and grilled peppers and onions, was absolute perfection; I'd never had that type ofhotdog before, and it has ruined me off of all other hotdogs - it was THAT incredible. Orangeade is the best drink in creationand I could drink a gallon of it every day. I adored the car and stickers for the kid's meal; there were two sheets ofstickers, so I got to keep the other as a souvenir for myself after giving my son his. I cannot wait to get more of thisamazing food when I come back for vacation. Y'all are the best! This first-time customer was wicked impressed. Read more
