Was placing an order for me and my roommate to have a treat before the first day of classes starts. Placed our order at 7:44pm... to be delivered at 9pm. 9:40pm rolls around and our order is no where to be found. We then called the number and was told thatour order is out for delivery within the next 6 stops. It is now 10:53pm and our order is STILL no where to be found! I love Insomnia Cookies but the past 2 times I?ve ordered, I waited an hour and a half just for them to sent out for delivery... and my cookies have been cold. I even had to call customer support for them to attempt to track my cookies since my local storedoesn?t have a contact number available. I probably will not be ordering any time soon. Read more

1. Pay for delivery. There?s no parking nearby and they don?t have bags. 2. I placed an order in advance and was not notified... that the majority of my order was out of stock until I arrived for pickup. Haven?t sampled cookies yet, but for the cost theexpectation is 5 stars. Read more
Amazing. So delicious. Got a large box with a mix of classic and deluxe and they were all so good. FYI they're cashless and I... had parked down the block and only brought in cash. The cashier was super understanding and polite and so patient while we hadto run and grab a card. Definitely will be going back when in the area! Read more

I have heard about this place from my coworkers quite often. So, when the opportunity came to visit Insomnia Cookies, I had to... check it out. I am not a sweet food junkie but from time to time, I'll try something. On this particular day, the organizationwanted to acknowledge a few employees and my coworker and I were responsible for ordering and picking up the cookies. Uponwalking in, there was no one at the register or nearby. There was no way of signalling the individual that customers were in thestore. We stood in the store for a while and made some loud noise to see if anyone would hear us. After 30 minutes of waiting,someone did finally come to the front. There was no acknowledgement of "Sorry for waiting, I was in the middle of ..... thankyou for your patience. How can I help you." A simple acknowledgement would have been great. We understand if you're the onlyperson working and you get caught up doing something, there's going to be some wait time. After 30 minutes of waiting, we wereannoyed and it seemed the individual was also annoyed by the noises we were making to try to get someone's attention. Despiteall the annoying experiences, the cookies were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. We wish the customer service was betterpresented and hopefully, Insomnia Cookies can place a better system that notifies whoever's working that day that people havewalked into the building. Read more
