I ordered a veggie and a roast beef and provolone. The veggie came with almost no cheese. The roast beef came with almost no... roast beef. This chain seeks to have a reputation of producing a superior sub that is worth premium prices. Lowering thequality of the sub will quickly wreck that reputation. Read more

About the same experience you get with any Jersey Mike's. If you're missing a hoagie, grinder or a sub they do all right.
Poor customer service when I visited here Sunday. Took 5 mins for someone to take my order and it was one person in front of me... they were caring on a conversation, but want gettinganything. When I told them I wanted a grilled veggie wrap the person actedif they didn't know what I was talking about. So I told them don't worry about it and I left. Want be visiting this locationagain. The guy making the sub was so careful to listen to every detail. Thank you. I love my veggies but I didn't go to Jersey Mike's... for a salad. I don't like too much lettuce in my sub. He also didn't overload it with oil and vinegar so the bread was soakinglike it occasionally is when I visit the franchise. My 2 year old insisted on being barefoot (she's a country girl and third isPitt county N.C. after all) but the floor was clean enough for her to walk on. The drink menu consisted of Pepsi products andsweet tea. I grabbed the daily special and a cookie which set me back over $10. I don't like being asked to tip the staffespecially over a cents which it usually ends up being as the request of 10% or more and the meals start at $10 after tax. Ireluctantly did tip but I won't anymore because I just don't like the idea of tipping in general. Read more
Super rude service!!!! Ordered the #16 with chipotle mayo and they drowned my sandwich in mayo. The girl with the space buns... rolled her eyes and had an attitude with me for no reason as well as the guy with locs. I will never return and will notrecommend anybody else to do so I like Firetower better. Read more
