It's very difficult to convey just how awesome this pizza is and harder still to quantify. And it should be noted that Jet's... "awesomeness" isn't limited just to the pizza they make. Jet's Greenville "awesomeness" extends to their amazing team that isdedicated to customer service and providing you a great experience. They offer amazing pizza, homemade dressings, deserts,salads, wings, etc; that blow the competition out of the water. And did I mention they also have Jet's rewards you can earn farquicker than your "chain" store? But please don't take my word for it, try anything on the menu and see for yourself. Jet'sGreenville (or any other Jet's) offers top notch food at a reasonable price served by amazing employees dedicated to providingexemplary customer service. ordered a 2 small specialty pizza and a soda last week and discover they forgot to include my soda but was already on the other... side of town. Called back and a manager assured me that he would make a note so I could get the soda when ever I came in orordered again. He assured me that if I came in and he was not there, that who ever was working wilI know. Well ordered today andasked that they include my soda. Mike Mills who identified himself as the general manager refuse to give me my soda and all butcall me a liar about the soda. I couldn't believe their attitude after I spent a little over 38 dollars last week and 26 dollarstoday. I have no reason to lie about a soda. Very Poor costumer service and I will not be returning to this business everagain. They treat their costumers so poorly and was disrespectful. I am a business owner and I don't see them prosperingwith this attitude and to cheat your customer especially over something like a 20 oz soda. God help Mike Mills. Continuation ofmy review: Received a call from one of the staff. Basically defending their position and behavior, with no apology. Offeredme store credit if I take this review down. The BEST pizza in Greenville. I've lived here all my life and got to a point I didn't like pizza anymore. I now crave their... pizza. Its also good reheated and not many places can say that. You definitely have to try their 8 corner Detroit style pizzawith the butter crust! Read more
I am torn with this place. We love the pizza and would rate that higher but hey are slays way behind schedule and we have to... wait sometimes 15-30 minutes past the time it?s supposed to be ready. So we thought we would avoid that by ordering ahead andscheduling a pick up time but we have experienced the same results.
