I loved this place! Our waitress was so kind. I was shocked at how quick our food came out. I got the combo Cajun Alfredo pasta... and I asked for extra sauce and it was amazing. Our server was simply the best. She was working hard despite being within a couple of weeks of delivering her baby. She was very... attentive to our needs and her menu recommendations were outstanding. The food was great and the property was very clean. Eventhe restrooms were in great shape. I?ve been coming here for a long time & I?ve always had great service to this day, but let me tell you the food has gone down... hill completely, I didn?t take a picture of everything but this is the cheeseburger my daughter ordered, it wasn?t even edible.The macaroni that came with it was bland and gross as well so she just didn?t eat. I?m certified in food safety and I know theycan?t following procedures of the company if this is the food they?re bringing to the table, we also ordered two spinach dips &a Buffalo chicken dip, the chips were all over salted and half of them were stale. The waitress did exchange the chips with noproblem! Like I said the service has always been amazing , the chicken salad was not edible, my pizza was amazing but the frieswere old soggy cold and also over salted. I don?t want any money back or anyone in trouble I just want the old fresh food backso get a new cook , or retrain the one you have. Also I come once a week so I order curbside often always the same thing,spinach dip or Lemon pepper fried wings ALL FLATS. When I got the wings they were not all flat and the server said she didn?thear me so I said I understand it?s no problem may I please pay to make them all Flats then. So they charged me extra 3 dollarsand took my wings back and basically gave me My old wings back that were cold but took out the drumsticks and replaced them withflats. I LOVE TO EAT AND I DO NOT MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR WHAT I WANT TO EAT, but I deserve to have food that I enjoyeating. PLEASEEEEE RETRAIN YOUR KITCHEN STAFF OR LET ME COME IN AND TRAIN THEM. Their garden salad is really good! I ordered the rib and shrimp combo with the fries and personally it wasn't worth $23.00 to... me...the fries were overcooked, the ribs were small, and the shrimp was too bready. I got my plate to go due to the crowd but Ididn't get any sauce for my ribs. However, the waitress that checked me out at the to go area was very pleasant and cute lol.All in all I was expecting better though. Read more
The food was decent, the alcoholic drinks were good too. Service wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. No drink refills had... to ask several times for napkins, silverware, & condiments. Bad experience for a 1st-time visitor. I could see if they were busybut they weren't. I'll go back but not to this location. Read more
This place left an unexpected desire to go back. Typically we don't expect much from restaurants these days but Kickback Jack's... didn't disappoint. The food was on point, the service was surprisingly well and the atmosphere was definitely positive vibes. Wewill definitely be back. Oh, did I mention the price? They have a Monday night special.
