Ordered through window ?hot and Ready? menu. Told pizza would be out in five minutes. Asked if I could pull around and they... would bring out. Sat out front for 30 minutes. Watched several people go in and order and get their food and leave. Walked inwith my receipt and waited another 10 minutes to finally get my order. Not Little Caesars best night. Read more

I did a mobile order on 9/16 and paid for it and everything.. went to go pick up the food and they were closing the store at... 7:00 (order online stated it would be ready by 7:02-7:05) and there were multiple other customers picking up food too thatcouldn?t get their orders. I was told id get a refund but instead payment was still processed for food i never received. I needthis to be addressed ASAP and for someone to check the voicemails left. I have called multiple times and no one ever answers andhave left several messages. it?s extremely unprofessional, and if you are going to close, you should?ve been more informativeand not allowed mobile orders to process. Oh my God this pizza is the best pizza I ever had in a long time. I'm now just getting back into eating solid foods and oh my... God I feel like I've been blessed ???? I'm in love. I know it's no big deal blah blah it's just pizza but y'all gotta understandthat I don't brag just about any pizza! I'm telling you this pizza is just as good as Domino's, Pizza Hut & Papa John'saltogether, in my opinion of course.
