Waited 30 minutes for two hot and readys. When I asked what was going on the girl told me everyone had ordered before me, which... I know was a lie because I watched people go up and order and walk away with their hot and ready pizzas. If I had known it wasgoing to be a 30 minute wait I would have gone elsewhere. Read more
I love Little Caesar's pizza. I love stuffed crust and theirs is the best. Pizza is always delivered hot and the drinks are... cold. Their service is fast and friendly. I've never been a LC that didn't completely satisfy. Read more
I placed a mobile order around 5:00PM to be picked up at 9:20PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees stated that... it was made at 5:00PM and was thrown away due to no one showing up to get it. I showed them my receipt and they claimed "It didnot appear on our side that way." They then said they would remake the order and called the manager to let them know of mysituation. After speaking with the manager and asking for a refund on one item they then say that they can't and won't remakethe order. I went to the store the next day to receive my refund and the manager was rude because I asked what their policy isduring situations like this. This entire situation could have and should have been avoided if their employees just read theorder correctly and remade my order like they said they would. Read more

My family ordered two pizzas and an order of wings on last night. We got the food home, opened the box and it looked like the... pizza was thrown into the box. There was barely cheese on half of the pizza. It was around 9:15pm when I called back to therestaurant to share the issue. The manager on staff told me to bring the pizza back. I explained that I have children thathaven't had anything to eat and needed to get to bed. She said to bring a picture of the pizza the next night and to call beforeI came. There was no statement made about having to have the pizza in had to receive a refund, OTHERWISE, I would have doneso. She was there the following night and so was her supervisor. Neither one acknowledged the fact that an ill prepared pizzawas an inconvenience to my family last night and now, tonight! They did not offer a gift card or a return option at a laterdate. We used to go here for the Garlic wings, but $8.55 for some little wings. C'mon L.C., In consolation, we always get the Crazy... Bread w/ the wings. I'll name the wings myself and save $9. This location, Firetower & Charles makes the best Crazy Bread. Noother location makes it like these folks Read more
