Worst experience ever, they have shittty attitudes. Took order of car behind me first. They should be serving in prison not in s... a customer service business. Mcdonald's don't throw away old fries just add the new ones in routine; be having me on the edge... like we dont want yall to... have to do more... so lets do it right at first.. sad to say I always have problems here but I like that the workers will fixit... some mcds just get mad with you for asking for fry replacement.. I went thru drive thru and the young gentleman is always respectful and polite. He has a positive up eat attitude. The ladies... that hand you your food is also very polite and respectful. They now how to make the line move too. Read more
Waited 15 minutes at the online pick up spot. Got tired of waiting so went in and stood there for another almost 5 minutes. ... They finally finished making the food and I said it was mine I?ve been waiting 15 minutes. No apology or anything. Never said asingle word to me and it was a manager that handed me the food. Lines were long at take out window. You have to go inside to order your food. The parking located behind where you park does... not allow you to drive out of your parking spot when the take out cars have a long line. Good for you cause you are makingMONEY, but not for the people in those parks. Read more
I?m upright disgusted about my late visit to this location tonight around 9:36pm my mother asked the lady to repeat the order to... her and to our surprise the lady sighed extremely loud and in her words ? I just repeated to you twice? in the most rude waypossible ?she did not repeat it twice but only once but we could not hear her so we asked for her to repeat it one more time butinstead she chooses to be rude. My mother then goes to explains to this lady that it is her job to repeat the order and if shedo not want to be at work she shouldn?t have came! I?m uptight disgusted with how she she acted because I myself is a manager infast food and never will I ever allow someone to continue to work at my store with such nasty attitude! It was so bad to thepoint where we didn?t even want the food anymore!
