Poor customer service. You ask for a cup of ice or water after you've ordered your food and they give you this look like you... just asked for half of their check. To top it off, my order was completely wrong; It was right on the receipt, but wrong in thebag. Read more
This is a great concern to me and maybe the McDonalds brand as well. What happen to customer service? There was no greeting and... no thanking for my spending my hard earned money. Why is it that I cannot see what the cashier is doing with my bank card? Theyonly opened the covered tinted window halfway, took my card and closed the window. Did they swipe my card on a separate cardreader? We were directed to pull to a waiting spot because the food wasn?t ready. When we get the food it?s not hot and whatlettuce I can find that?s supposed to be on the sandwich is missing. Hadn't been here in months,was hopeful things had improved, at last this was not the case.If I could give them a -10 I would.... Robbed me. Paid over 7.00 for a big breakfast and side of gravy, got home to just pancakes and a raw sausage. Spoke to manager... later in the day, he was rude af and instantly defensive rather than understanding or helpful. Then he had staff replace mybreakfast with a completely raw burger. Unbelievable.. Disappointed this location. McDonald's is normally a great place for food, service and atmosphere, not this place. Ordered a... mocha frappe and the cup was filled with mostly ice. This was not discovered until 10 miles down the road. Read more
