If I could give it half a star, I would. I Went with my family. Was new at the area. Just passing through. The place was... extremely dirty. Floor were sticky as if it hadn?t seen a mop or a broom in a long time. Many of the Tables were not clean.Play area was dirty. Food on the floor. My kids order chicken nuggets and it came back to us more cold then anything. It seemedas if it had already been cooked and left on the warmer for hrs. Women?s bathroom wasn?t clean at all. Food was given to us verymessy. Definitely a dirty place to eat in. Employees definitely does a lot of chatting behind the counter and apparently noclean and Disinfecting. Not a place I?d return back to. I didn?t want my kids touching anything. Ended up leaving. Not finishwhat was served to us. Will never return back here. Read more
I don't usually write reviews, but this McDonald's was so rude. Four employees came to the register where I was standing, and... NONE of them acknowledged me including the manager. They looked at me, and walked off to get orders together for the drive-thru.I stood there almost ten minutes before I was acknowledged. No communication whatsoever, ridiculous. Read more
poor management, bread is almost always stale. Very unclean inside. Not very friendly staff. They won't even bring it to your... table like they are supposed to with the T numbers, they just keep telling in an unfriendly manner till you get up to get it. Read more
We have always had a fun time stopping at this particular McDonald?s. My kids have pretty much grown up coming here! The food is... always hot and the staff is always great! Love this one! 5/5 stars! Read more
Went to this location 2 days ago. Drive- through was long so I decided to go inside. Walked in and went straight to the counter... to order. Waited at the counter for 6 straight minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. They looked at me and continuedto work the drive-through, not even the manager acknowledged that I was waiting to order. No one said a word to me. At the 7thminute of waiting to order, I simply had to leave and find another location. I?ve worked fast food, and I know how busy thedrive-through can get. I also know how easy it is to acknowledge a customer and let them know that you will be with them as soonas you can. 0/10 customer service. Read more
So this happened today, I use to work in the food industry and trust me we had to check before we opened and after we opened all... of the food? this is not acceptable.. if I didn?t checked it out I would?ve ate that got sick from it. My guess is... I was lucky to have gotten a good order. I got the large combo meal: crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich with... large fries and I must say - I enjoyed it! They stacked a little too much pickles on the sandwich but I can't complain though,because usually, I'd have to argue about putting some pickles on my sandwich. But this McDonald's on this side of the town didpretty well. At least everything on the sandwich was fresh including the fries...even though it could've been crispier andhotter. I feel like they just grabbed the fried that we're already cooked and chose to reheat but it's all ???? Next time I knowI'll have to go inside to really get my meal as I want it!!! Read more
HORRIBLE, SLOW service!! I would post 0 stars if I could. I was there a few weeks ago and was in the drive through line for... almost 10 minutes without moving!! I noticed the 2nd line was moving, so I tried to back out but as soon as I did, the car infront of me moved, BUT when I got to the screen no one said anything....but yet they were still servicing the 2nd line!!
