Pizza can be better if the crust wasn't so tough. I do like the thin New York style pizza and you can buy it from the... slice. Maybe they roll the dough too much or not enough yeast. Pushing out order quickly and therefore quality went down. Read more

Ordered from website menu. Stromboli $6.60 x2 and spaghetti $5. Was charged $24.78. Food was awful. Called and spoke to manager... Thomas he said could not help what the prices are on line!! Decided to give them a try and it was the worst decision. I pulled a long piece of blonde hair out of a slice of pizza it was... basically threaded thru the pizza so I?m sure it was made/cooked with it . I vomited instantly never again. Read more

The cashier at Michaelangelo's on Firetower road displayed horrible customer service. The restaurant was very dirty, flies were... flying in the pizza case, and every table was dirty. My family and I drove 1 hour away to come celebrate my son birthday at apizza location that I bragged on. We were then turn off by horrible customer service from the cashier girl with glasses. SHE WASVERY RUDE, BLATANLY DISRESPECTFUL and no one in charge corrected her, they then whispered and laughed after I expressed concernsof poor customer service and noone Apologized. We did not eat here thereafter. To a restaurant owner from another: you need tocorrect your staff and the customer comes first. Read more

First time at this location and just wanted to add my thoughts of the visit. First, I found the associates very nice and... welcoming. Just to let you know if a little background I migrated to NC from Buffalo NY. The pizza in my d hometown is veryflavorful and enticing and you will want to over eat because you can?t get enough. I have had the pizza at a different locationand found it good. One think I like about Michelangelo's is you can get a single slice instead of a whole pie. We got a slicewhile waiting for our order of pizza and wings. They have inside dining and seats labeled so you know which are available forsitting so they help with accommodation of the 6ft rule. We noticed that tables that you can't sit are clean but many tableswere dirty with crumbs and stains, leaving you to wipe them down. Now we didn't ask any one to clean up, we just took it onourselves because there was a line.. I went to wash my hands and every time I have to push to enter, you can bet you have tograb a handle to exit. Many businesses don't have an understanding or care that all customers don't was their hands, even duringthe pandemic. Even McDonald's installed the little kickers at the bottom of the doors so you don't have to touch the handle.Unfortunately almost every thing in the bathroom requires you to touch and therefore possibly spread germs. Lastly we got ourpizza and wings and I can only say it was OK. Don't know if it's because the sauce was minimal or it was they add minimumspices because some don't like spicy foods but it in my opinion was lacking. I will NEVER eat food from this place again!!! The food was terrible!!! I ordered chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and got the... worst creation of food ever. The chicken was deep fried so hard and then chopped into tiny pieces which was spread over the topof the sauce which had cheese sprinkled on top. Then it was placed in an oven to cook some more. (See picture enclosed) Iordered an extra large pizza with extra cheese. This pizza had no taste and the crust was bland. There was no seasoning to thesauce at all. This is supposed to be an authentic Italian restaurant. To top it off the cooking staff had no hair nets on whilecooking. They had ball caps on but their hair was loose hanging. ?? Read more
