I held a fundraiser for our nonprofit at Moes and was told we would receive 20% of sales between the hours of 5-9pm. We were... also told we?d receive another 20% for helping bus tables, which we did. Our group worked their butts off and brought in adecent crowd. It took over a month to get the check and when I opened it it was for a measly $50. I was in shock! The managertold me they even rounded up? How? And what about the 20% for bussing their tables? Did they just put us to work bc they areshort staffed? Anyway, I don?t recommend collaborating with Moe?s in Greenville, NC for any fundraisers. It?s a complete joke. Read more
Chipotle was my favorite but I love Moes now after finding out they have mushrooms, and tofu! Highly recommend!!!
Came to have dinner at 8:30pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and wanted to quickly get in and out thinking we would have plenty of... time. The restaurant was packed full with people dining in and there was a line full of people also. However, they hardly hadany food in the line!!! I ordered a bowl and they gave me smaller than the normal portion sized scoops. They also didn?t havehalf of the options in the cooler so I basically got a bowl with nothing in it. My boyfriend got a burrito that was basicallyjust rice and beans because they skimped on the chicken and didn?t have other options to fill it up. We also felt very rushedand the service was impersonal. They had already broken down the salsa line so we were left with scraping the rest of the littlebit of salsa out of the bottom of the container. They had already broken down their tea urns but over half their tables weredirty. All they cared about was getting shut down even though it was 30 minutes before close with a full restaurant. Verydisappointed!! We came here over chipotle expecting better food and service. Once I finally started eating my food was cold andnot very good. What a waste of money! They had locked their door at 8:50 and had an employee letting people out. This placesucks to go to before close so don?t even waste your time! I?ll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager because the service wasjust that terrible! Read more
