Terrible experience every time. Food is never ready in a timely manner when placing orders via the app. Then if they run out,... they don't let you know ahead of time. Got there after my food was supposed to be ready. This last time was the final strawfor us. The food wasn't ready, asked about it, and they told me they needed 10 minutes to make more. A few minutes later theytold me ran out and to order something else. We did not want something else and they told me they didn't know if they couldcancel. Manager was not giving us any attention. Was more worried about everyone else. After a while they just said it wasrefunded on their side. That's it. It looks like they charged me a second time, not a refund. Will be monitoring my bankstatement and dispute charges if necessary. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. Please give your money to one of theother restaurants around that actually care about their customers. Read more

Food was ok but for the price I paid it was a very skimpy portion. Lots of rice and noodles but hardly any meat. Friendly... service but didn't have some of the items ready and it was going to be a wait. For fast food, I don't have time to wait. Read more
This restaurant has taken a turn for the worst. Your order is wrong majority of the time when using the drive-thru. Honey sesame... chicken is always unavailable. The rice is often under cooked. This is a very inconsistent business. Read more
Poorer experience(s) than expected. My first stop here was met with what appeared to be the location closing early around 7pm.... A lone employee was closing up shop in the dining area, and there was no notice posted as to why this was. The place was justclosed. Couldn't place a mobile order either, so I feel it was planned, but not communicated anywhere on their building orapp. Made a mobile order for my second visit here before deciding to drive there & arrived at the time specified on the app.Had to wait a few minutes for the food in the nearly empty restaurant around noon, no big deal. It was a takeout order so webrought it home to some surprising inaccuracies with the order & very dry, bland rice components on each of our meals. Overall,the food was less than okay & difficult to stomach. This seems fluky so I'll be trying again and editing my review. It doesn'tappear to be one of the most popular options in town, and that feels to be related to the food itself. Which, as kind of thetheme of this review, is below expectations. Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and the food was as I expected. It was ok, I mean it's a chain Chinese food place I was not... expecting much. The staff was very nice though the 2 younger men behind the counter and serving were very quick and very polite.Restaurant was nice and clean inside. If you are looking for a high quality and amazing Chinese food meal this may nit be it. Ifyou want a quick and fairly priced meal that is decent you will find it here. Read more

My favorite to-go Chinese place. It is clean, they regularly monitor food temperature, it is affordable and you can see the... kitchen. Regular Chinese restaurant usually either use too much msg or too oily. Quality control is more consistent in Panda Ithink. I don't buy orange chicken though because it is mostly batter and not much chicken in them. Service in this location ispretty good usually.
