Horrible. Messed up the same order twice. Took over two hours to get the right pizzas delivered and still didn?t have the rest... of my order correct. Manager wouldn?t get on the phone with me when I called and they said they were not able to do anythinglike give me a refund or credit towards another order for the horrible service. Where should I even start.... I paid to have a pizza delivered to my place of residence..... the pizza delivery guy "London"... went to the wrong door and then decided to leave before calling me to try and figure out the hiccup..... London then decides todrive all the way back to the store... where I call and speak to a "Janele" the supposed manager if that's her real name... Shethen proceeds to say that I need to pick up my order because she only has 2 delivery drivers... HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM JANELE??? The first time placing an order through Door Dash delivery service and the delivery driver was kind as usual. And I must say the... Honey Chicken Poppers are good, and the Thin Crust Pizza is pretty good but not exactly what I expected. It's either how I hadthe pizza customized or how the person made it. But it's okay - it's really sweet but not too bad. I think it's because it'sthin crust and the ingredients on it lol...guessing I'm just slightly dissatisfied with how I chose to customize it because itdidn't come out the way I expected. Plus the food wasn't even that warm, so that's a negative. Other than that, I will probablyorder from Papa John's again in the future. Perhaps my vote will change to a 5 star! Read more
After eating the pizza I had diarrhea the past 24 hours. It could only be that pizza because all I've had that day was the pizza... I ordered and haven't been able to eat anything since. Also the time prior messed up my order giving me a cheese pizza insteadof meat lovers.
