If I could leave less than one star I definitely would!! Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience ever!! We ordered the triple... threat box for dine in, we received one of our pizzas and cheese sticks but after an hour of waiting we have received our otherfood. There were two young ladies working the front just as hard as they could and they deserve nothing but praise but thekitchen staff and management was the worst!!! The level of disrespect from the ?General manager? not only to these two employeesespecially but towards customers was appalling! Her not only screamed at these two girls who were truly their best to keep upwith all the mistakes coming from the kitchen, he was down right cruel to them they should?ve walked out and left him high anddry to finish the shift but then when he finally showed his face to the customers he was even more rude to them to the point ofscreaming at customers who called him out for his mistreatment of his employees! One was a brand new employee who was doing herbest with little to no training on a Friday night! I myself am a general manager and if I ever treated anyone the way this mantreated people tonight I would expect to have no employees or customers! He definitely does not deserve this title nor job forthat matter!! I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant experience in my life!! I just hope the two young ladies getthe praise and recognition they deserve and I hope he gets shown his way out the door because I honestly don?t think this is thereputation Pizza Hut wants! I would love to speak to someone on a corporate or franchise level to voice concerns that are betternot mentioned on social network!!! Read more
Staff was polite especially the girl at drive thru window. Full of smiles and double checked order. Made you want to come back.

Came down to NC Greenville @ my daughters house, we ordered pizza from pizza hut. The first order wasn't mine, so we called to... let them know. By the time my pizza arrived it was 2 hours later and stone cold. Tried calling so I can get a FULL REFUND butnobody answered. Worst service ever!!!!!!! Read more
We arrived 30 minutes after opening and found all tables and floors dirty. They didn't clean the tables until we asked for a... rag. Kitchen staff didn't wear gloves during pizza prep. The iced tea container marked unsweetened was sweet. Read more
I like using the drive-through and delivery from this store. They really are careful about getting that pizza just right and if... it isn?t they?ll go away and make you a new one. Under cooked bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. What everyone wants when they spend $20 on a $12 delivery order. Inedible food....
