UPDATE: Went to enjoy the Endless Shrimp before it left again next week. The Parmesan Bacon Garlic Shrimp (New Offering) were... Phenomenal!! Highly recommend them. Enjoyed our Lobsterfest Meals, and the crispy fried Brussel Sprouts are just amazing!! Ourserver Monique was so kind and helpful! This was the best take out I've had in a while. Everything was smoking hot as it should be. Steak a lil dry but still great.
I had a pleasant experience here on a Friday night. Thankfully there was no wait here at the Greenville location and we were... able to be immediately seated. Our waiter was very good. He was attentive and polite and overall gave great customer servicefrom start to finish. I wish I would've gotten his name. Our food was delicious and after eating about 3 biscuits with my Cesarsalad, I was stuffed. I ordered the shrimp trio with broccoli and a cesar salad. My boyfriend enjoyed his Waygu burger withlobster mashed potatoes. When our entrees arrived I didn't have much room so most of my food went home with me and I enjoyedlater. My first experience at Red Lobster and it was very good. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile. ... The host brought us to a table, we then requested a booth which he quickly obliged. Soon after we were seated our waitressarrived. Her name was Chloe and she was pleasant and very energetic. She was attentive and we soon had our drinks andcomplimentary hot cheese rolls. Our entrees arrived soon after. The shrimp Alfredo I ordered arrived hot and was savory,shrimp was plentiful and the dish was very enjoyable. Our drinks were ice cold and the atmosphere was fairly quiet for anearly full restaurant.
