Cashiers at register seem to hate their job. They NEVER offer a bag for your purchases and never say thank you and always seem... to have something better to do than wait on customers. This is the least friendly Sheetz I have ever been to. I have beencoming to this store every morning for 3 years, but it has devolved. Tired of starting my mornings getting sub par service. Nomore. Buy one get one free doesn't mean buy one get one free @ Sheetz.
I do like the ease and convenience that Sheetz provides. The issue that I have is that the gas pumps are always out of receipt... paper and I then have to go into the store just to get a receipt. This takes away from the schedule I am already on and doesn?tprovide the great convenience that Sheetz if so greatly famous for. When I ask the cashiers I get the reasons: it?s been toobusy to go out there to refill them or I?m the only one here so as soon as I get help they will be filled. Read more
I ordered a carved turkey sub asked for onions banana peppers pickles lettuce well I had 1 onion the size of a nickel 2 pickles... & banana peppers were unedible due to nothing but the end pieces...Very disappointed to say the least Read more
I do not like the food very much because it is almost always too greasy and definitely overpriced. I feel as if I could get the... same quality food by buying microwave food and eating at home. I only buy food here when I am very hungry and it is too late tobuy something elsewhere. On a positive note, they have delicious drinks. I especially like the milkshakes. Also, there are acouple of employees who have a negative attitude every time I go there. I firmly believe that if people do not enjoy workingwith the public and cannot provide friendly service, then they should find employment elsewhere because the customers should betreated with respect because we are the reason these businesses are so successful. This is the best Sheetz I have ever been too. Very friendly staff and their smoothies are my favorite. Wide selection of food... you can order and it is always good. Plus you can find just about any drink, snack, alcohol and more you may want. Their carwashdoes a great job too. Read more
The food order was cold and wrong. Bread was stale, overall I will NOT EVER order food from Sheetz again. This is not the first... time with this particular store either. Read more
