Starlight Cafe and Farm is a great local spot that provides a great ambience and great food. Their tapas trio is great to start... and the steak is always on point. As stated the ambience is perfect for all occasions including date night or big groups. Theircocktails are delicious as well. A rotating seasonal menu that always delivers, this is a great sport for friends, families, anddate nights. My family usually goes once a month! Read more

If you?re ever in Greenville, come for the cocktails and stay for the food. Our night started off with a WOW! with our drinks. I... had the drink special - a blood orange old fashioned and my hubby got the Manhattan Montenegro. Both fantastic and tasted liketwo. Unfortunately we were in desperate need of comfort food so our meal selection was more limited but not at alldisappointing. We started with the oysters Rockefeller and finished with the burger. The oysters were super fresh, including thespinach. If I had to be critical I would say that the spinach overwhelmed the oyster, but the flavor was still good. The burgerwas lick-your-fingers delish. I have to say , the apple compote really made it. The owner described it as ?upscale ketchup? andjust added a certain je ne sais quoi that really put this burger over the top. Again, if I have to be critical, I would say thefries were a little limp, but it wouldn?t keep me from coming back to this little gem. A farm to table restaurant that actuallyowns their own farm? Another amazing evening spent at Starlight. We started our experience with almost every appetizer available. At the table we had... the pork belly, tuna poke, oysters, and every cheese available. There was not a leftover bite. A variety of cocktails werethoroughly enjoyed over the course of the evening. My steak was perfection, just as they have all been over the course of manyyears that I have visited this establishment. All of the ingredients are fresh and there is a clear emphasis on staying local.The ambience and service is consistently impeccable even now when restaurants are coming off a LONG year and a half. Cheese plate appetizer was amazing, served with warm bread, onion jam, and toasted nuts. You have your choice of cheese. I... highly recommend Red Dragon. It is a perfect flavor bite with the bread, cheese, jam and nuts. Entrées were good. Burgercooked to order, steak a bit rare of order. Fries perfectly seasoned. Wish dinner included a small salad. Service wasexcellent. Restaurant was not too busy on a Thursday evening. We set our dinner pace to include lots of catch-up visitingand never felt rushed by the wait staff.
