I understand that it is a holiday. However, I will not purchase another ham again. I had a pick up time yesterday afternoon... (ham already paid for) I waited in line an hour and 40 minutes to pick it up. There was one person working the register. There were not any hams in the case. Each time a customer went to pick up, they had to "glaze" it. Ridiculous. Guess theowner/manager didn't know it was a holiday! Read more
Been standing in line for 45 minutes outside HBH. 29 people still in front of me. Just trying to pick up a ham that they told me... it would be ready at 6:15. Customer Service is non-existent tonight. Read more
I have purchased many hams from here in the past. However, I will now find somewhere else to buy my hams. The ham was rubbery.
The best deli cafe in Greenville for having a wonderful authentic deli sandwich as well as purchasing your honey glazed ham and... turkey for the holidays or anytime!! The classic Ham sandwich with cheddar cheese and extra honey glazed ham is my favorite notto mention all the great sides they have. Will be back soon. Thankyou. Read more

This was honestly the worst service I?ve ever received at honey baked ham. Ordered through Grubhub and didn?t receive my full... order, also advertised on the website there would be free delivery. Ended up paying over $18 for one poorly made sandwhich and asmall sprite that wasn?t even full. Did not get the chips I paid for, nor did I get the free delivery. Called the store andspoke with the manager and he was very short with me, could not help me with my order nor could I get a refund. Absolutely theworst experience I?ve ever had with a restaurant in my entire life. Will never be purchasing from Honey Baked Ham again orthrough GrubHub. And will definitely be letting everyone I know to also stay away from both of these poorly ran businesses. Read more
The restaurant has just been remodeled and looks great. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly. The $6.99... combo coupon I had gave me a great deal on the sandwich (normal price around $8.25 without coupon). Overall a great experiencewith very good food. Read more
We pre-ordered and prepaid for ham to pick up today To get there early in the morning and have a two hour wait just to get it... that?s how long the line was very poor customer service.
