Don?t ever go to this location if you want FRESH food. There is always a long wait for Luke warm food. It?s mostly my fault... because I keep going to this particular location. My chicken blt was old and hard as a rock. Fries were old and just tossed back into their fryer. How does anyone get TEA and... LEMONADE mixed up? $20 wasted. It shouldn?t matter what time of day you order; it should be the same quality always. Do better.Not ordering again. Read more
I do not like leaving poor reviews, but after three calls to corporate and nothing being done about this store, there is no... other option. Management seems to simply not care-doubtful someone who made it to management has always been that incompetent-and employees are not trained. The person taking orders in the drive-through and accepting payment at the first window is rudefor no reason. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, but she seems to have had a bad day for about three months in a row-it?sthe same every time. I ordered a salad and was handed a bag full of food at the second window. When I told them I got a salad,they just took the bag back, handed me the right one, and did not say a word. Lunchtime crew isn?t nearly as rude as thoseworking late shift and that?s something positive I can say. I don?t know how this location manages to stay open. Read more

I?m not one to ever write reviews, but this was the worst experience and customer service I?ve ever received. After waiting 15... minutes to order, the girl taking my order was very rude. But it?s late and everyone?s tired, I get it so it?s not that bad. ButI pull up to the window and pay with cash. I wait for her to bring my change back and when she comes back to the window she handme my food and walks off and does not come back, so I left. I get home and I did not get the burger I had ordered. I also gotspicy nuggets and I did not ask for spicy. The fries were so cold and hard that they were inedible. If i could i would leave zero. The customer service couldnt have been worse. Didnt give us straws and when we went to ask she... slammed window shut and wasnt polite. Ordered medium drinks. Got smalls. Definitely reaching out to corporate for this matter.Said they had our mobile order and then gave us the wrong order. This wendys needs to be shut down. Read more
