I don't leave reviews but I just sat for 20 mins (they're busy no problem) to get the chicken pretzel sandwich #11. I get it no... pretzel bun... so I go inside and say I think I got the wrong order they told me o we outta pretzel buns. Well maybe say thatbefore I pay or better yet when I order. I ordered through Doordash. Ordered a Dave's Double when my son went to eat his sandwich there was no meat on it at all. Just... cheese and ketchup on the bun. I was also missing a drink. I called to complain about the sandwich and they informed me rudelythat I had ordered a double with no meat. REALLY???? Apparently there are vegetarians out there ordering like this all thetime. AGAIN REALLY????????? The person I spoke with only wanted to argue and never said I'm sorry there was an error and thisis how we are goin to fix it she just continued to argue as she was talking with customers in house. Don't go through Wendy's between 9pm and closing. They don't care for quality, too busy feeding themselves and overcooking our... food. They claimed to have no potatoes, yet we didn't get a resolution to refund the item. Had burgers and sandwiches, they wereovercooked to the point I could use them as frisbees for my dogs. I get the workers are human, have long shifts and areprobably tired. But this was just horrible. Read more

Was there last night. Ordered the 2 for $5 chicken sandwich and a sour cream and chive potato. Why they give me a potato that... looked like it had been sitting up 4 hrs. And this is the second time in a row that I have gotten bad service here. Check outthe pictures. Potato is so old it had turned brown. Sad part is I love Wendy's food. But I will not be going back if this is thetype service I get. Plus the lettuce was wilted on the chicken sandwich. Wendy's you have to do better. Read more
I clearly said I wanted a baconator and got a weak version of a son of a baconator ordered pub fries and told they can't because... sauce is frozen at 12am when they don't close until 2am ordered 3 cookies and they never got warmed.
