We are pretty regular customers, came in had a few drinks and ate, all was well until??? It was time to cash out, Beth... bartender, I think is a manager, does not give me my bill but says it out loud enough for many other customers to hear this.Rude if you ask me and unprofessional. 0 stars. Took an hour to get some of our food. The other half of our food for some reason was taken off our order. When we asked... about it 40 minutes after receiving the first half of food...they acted confused. They finally bring the rest of our food...into go boxes. The assistant manager said THEY told him we wanted it to go? We had to go to the bar ourselves for drinks. Waitresscame by once. We gave the to go food back. Eventually we were comped for the rest. Kind of a mixed bag last night. As always, the food was very good, but honestly I think the staff wanted to go home early. ... When we arrived, there was four of us, we were told the kitchen was "backed up" and there was a fifteen minute wait. We saidok, and he walked away, leaving us there. There were plenty of empty tables. After a few minutes another person came up andasked us if we were waiting for a carry out order. When we said we were waiting on a table, he looked puzzled, but took us to atable. The waitress took our order, the food came promptly, everything was fine. Ordered the 20/20 and was not told until picking it up that 20 boneless the way you want, and the other 20 is traditional wings.... Not to mention pick-up time was supposed to be 5:20pm and did not get the messed up order until 6pm!! I am not a big fan anywaysand this just added more reason... Read more
Love my local BW3, the chicken is consistent and good, staff is very helpful, including helping each other if they get busy,... Courtney, Keisha, Stephanie, Stacy have had my table and they all care to give a good experience and will handle any issues thatrarely arrive. Highly recommend. Read more
I would not recommend this location. It took half an hour just to get my order taken and I still haven?t received my food after... over an hour being here. We also ordered fried pickles that came with only about 6 pickles with the rest being fried balls. Iunderstand the short staffing, but I don?t understand how the limited number of waitresses still find a way to step on my footmultiple times. Read more
By far the worst place in Greenville to eat. The food is sub-par and is super expensive, and that?s not the worst of it.... Absolutely WORST service EVER. This place is for you if you enjoy waiting 30 minutes for your food. Jennifer is also the worstmanager I have ever seen.
