Worst fast food experience. Sat at the drive-thru for close to 10min, and no one taking orders. Finally parked and went in. The... manager's family appeared to be there hanging out and helping in the kitchen. They even brought their dog, and had it sitting onthe table in the dining room. Half the people "working" I believe were family and not employees. No gloves, no uniforms. Themanager playing with the dog, then returning to the kitchen to prep food without washing hands. The manager seemed either highor half-asleep. Couldn't get our order correct. And, as other reviews said, the food was cold. We won't be returning. Read more

What kind of ham and cheese is the. I know I tasted it nasty so was the chicken club fries always cold I ask for fresh fries... nope I took all my food back for a remake the chicken breast was fatty you see the cheep ham This is my 4th time in there andit?s always the same you never get what you ask for. Food was cold even tho I waited over 35 minutes to receive. Employees were more focused on flirting and matchmaking among... themselves. When I complained about the food they tried to explain that everything was cook to order and some things cook longerthan others and that's why everything was cold. Which makes no sense. I've worked in fast food. You train new cooks to startfood that is longer to cook first then cycle in the quicker foods to ensure food is done at the same time and all is fresh. Read more

Waited for 20 minutes and counting. 5 people working. Only myself and another car in line. Still waiting 25 minutes. Can see... thru window, food all over the floor. Did I mention I'm the only one in line at this point and there's 5 people working. No onedining in. Still waiting 30 minutes. I'd leave but already paid. This is ridiculous. Hangry at this point. The food is good and the employees are good but...my husband (Elite Lawn Maintenance) mows there lawn and he hasn't been paid... all year! And it's not the GMs fault. It's the owners! It's ridiculous Read more

It's apparently all family working here. The manager (mom) met us at the broken front door to tell us they were out of quarters... (initial thought was she was talking about money), third's, half's, and chicken strips. She said they only had breaded chickenand hot ham and cheese. We said perfect that we were here for hot ham and cheese. One of the workers said "Mom, I'm going toclock out. " Another worker started to take our order. She said "Mom, I need your code." She said $5.00 meal deal isringing up as $6.00 and wanted to know if that was ok. We struggled understanding what she was telling us on most things. DietDr. Pepper was flat, Barq's Root Beer was carbonated water. Ketchup pump didn't work...had to put ketchup packets in cup to dipcold, chewy fries. 1 table for 2 was the only clean table in the place. We were the on 2 guests in the restaurant. 1 Highchair for high table was broken. 1 table top broken. The floor was wet. We waited 10 minutes for food....which is ok. Frenchfries were chewy and cold...which is not ok since we waited for them. Regular hot ham was disappointing. Looked like it wasjust slapped together. Another couple came in and the daughter tried to explain what her mom did to us about the food shortage;however, she doesn't talk clear. Even if you ask what and she repeats it, you may not understand her. I was so looking forwardto a hot ham and cheese like Hardee's had back in the day and the experience today just ruined that childhood memory. It hasbeen replaced with today's memory. Fries were old, hard yet somewhat mushy, and barely lukewarm. The two burgers I did receive weren't absolutely terrible,... probably pretty good if they had actually been warmer than the air outside tonight. My third burger wasn't even in the bag atall so I guess I don't get to try the mushroom Swiss. I tried to call but it just rang until It wasn't even ringing in my earanymore. I have to assume it was the manager that took over ringing in our order because we couldn't understand the trainee inthe slightest and we ordered too fast for him. I am all about hiring people with mental disabilities but you actually have towork side by side and TRAIN them. He did throw in some ketchup I hadn't asked for though probably the only reason I couldswallow half these fries, but hey I got the bag Insert of coupons if I ever give this location another shot before they expire Read more

Awful, they took absolutely forever to get out food out and when they did it was wrong !! Then when we got the food they forgot... the other half of our order. While giving our order to us the other person working was pointing at us and complaining, sounprofessional. I hate this place. It took forever and is not worth going to. The other day I went to McDonald?s and saw theworkers ignoring a customer to go outside and smoke and answered the intercom while outside smoking, only to then make them waitforever for their food.
