Marco's charged my card twice for my order tonight! The manager credited me back the $16.98 that I was over charged, but now I... have to wait a few days to get it back in my bank... And they didn't even Apologize for their mistake! Read more
First and last time. Food was 45 min late. Called 4 times to check on it and was disconnected. When driver arrived he said food... was remade. It was not, it was reheated. Yuck! $45 for tasteless and cold food. Read more
Marcos is the only pizza restaurant I will order from in Greenville. The food is consistently on time, fresh and delicious as... far as delivery goes. Order from anywhere else at your own risk. They are extremely underrated in my opinion. Read more
They they tried to sell us a pizza that somebody didn't come and pick up saying it was just as good as new, We might have took... it home and warmed it up if if there was a discount and they hadn't been misleading. The pizza they fixed for was good. Read more
Eric, I am assuming the manager, exhibits the highest of quality and never let's you down. Don't get me wrong, he has a SOLID... CREW behind him, but the leadership shows with this guy. I live right around the corner and love that Marco's makes their doughfresh so I usually go here if I don't want to make a pizza myself at home. With that said, I order here a few times a month andI AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED. I swear Eric sleeps at this place; he has greeted me (or been in the back working) every single timeI've come in. I'm not kidding. Again, I'm not taking away from the excellent service and coworkers behind him, I'm justemphasizing his efforts.
