Absolutely the worst service ever!! The whole restaurant is disgustingly dirty. Waited 30 minutes for 3 burgers one small fry... and a kids meal. Ding bat behind the counter tried to say the order was ?BIG? and wanted to argue with us.. saying their?Slammed? when we are the only people in the restaurant and the employees are discussing peeing their pants while cooking thefood! Can?t handle the capacity. Staff is not efficient at all. Ordered a simple coffee, waited as the lady stood at the counter doing... nothing. Asked if I could get my drink and go she is automatically defensive ? sir there are orders ahead of yours?. Asked forthe manager who looked overwhelmed and said the same. September 24 2022 7pm the manager along with other staff were being very rude telling customers that the dining room was closed... when they had people inside eating and order food. I thought McDonald's was a happy restaurant..clearly with the staff theyhave put themselves down with Hardee's in Greenville GARBAGE!! I don't see them staying open very long Read more
I always prefer to go to the Mc.Donald?s on Sweitzer. This Mc.Donald?s is awful. The fries are always cold and soggy, they never... listen when I say I want my food made FRESH. A few times I ordered through doordash and never received my sauces and didn?treceive straws for my three drinks. When I go through the drive thru or go inside they are very stingy with sauces and don?tgive enough. How am I supposed to eat a large fry with one barbecue? At least give your customers two sauces AT LEAST. The foodand service is overall awful! They don?t care about their customers. Do not recommend!! Read more
Orders are wrong 50 to75% of the time. Today ordered big Mac no lettuce and extra onion-----lettuce out the Yahoo and no onion.... There was a grill slip stating how I wanted it LEARN TO READ. Read more
Sat in line for over 40 minutes waiting on a happy meal a frappe and a iced coffee then get pulled for the frappe and iced... coffee they bring me the frappe and had to go back inside for my iced coffee which is also made wrong this place is horrible andslow and needs a whole new management staff Read more
