First time through the drive thru was about 20 minute wait to receive cold food. No napkins or silverware. My husband went in to... get problems fixed. Well they dumped his fries and I received bacon pub fries that tasted like eating a salt lick. So it waspretty bad. Read more

The crew was amazing some of the management was good but the new manager they had there couldn't operate the system because the... person who was on the register disappeared and I didn't get my drink right away I bought four books and I did not receive themuntil I was leaving the training manager that was running the register was getting into a verbal altercation with a coworkerover who could do whose job better there was a guy there who had long hair was very professional he apologize for my wait and heactually make sure that my chicken that I had ordered was as fresh as I asked for it to be the dining room was trash tables notwiped off look like somebody's smeared chocolate all over a couple of the tables I had to find a somewhat clean seat and tableto sit at this is one of my worst experiences with Wendy's and I hope everybody gets it together Read more
Had I read the reviews before ordering I would have passed this one by. Definitely the worst Wendy's I have been to. Very slow... to prepare my order, staff lacked any basic customer service skills and from what I heard were quite confrontational. The foodwas edible when it arrived however I felt uncomfortable dining in. Read more

I waited over 15min at the window with zero communication on what was happening only to be handed my food and told sorry, they... were waiting on sausage...but of course though every single thing else was cold cause it had been sitting while waiting. coldpotatoes. cold egg. cold everything. We wont be returning to this location and will just order carry out from a restaurant forthe same wait time.
