VERY seldom do I ever get good customer service at this Wendy's in Greenville. But tonight the young man that waited on me was... amazing. Very polite and professional. I asked him for his name because I wanted to leave a review for him. His name wasRobert and it looked like he was a manager. The crew was amazing some of the management was good but the new manager they had there couldn't operate the system because the... person who was on the register disappeared and I didn't get my drink right away I bought four books and I did not receive themuntil I was leaving the training manager that was running the register was getting into a verbal altercation with a coworkerover who could do whose job better there was a guy there who had long hair was very professional he apologize for my wait and heactually make sure that my chicken that I had ordered was as fresh as I asked for it to be the dining room was trash tables notwiped off look like somebody's smeared chocolate all over a couple of the tables I had to find a somewhat clean seat and tableto sit at this is one of my worst experiences with Wendy's and I hope everybody gets it together Read more
Had I read the reviews before ordering I would have passed this one by. Definitely the worst Wendy's I have been to. Very slow... to prepare my order, staff lacked any basic customer service skills and from what I heard were quite confrontational. The foodwas edible when it arrived however I felt uncomfortable dining in. Read more
WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. Went into the lobby to order and there was trash on most of the tables and the tables were sticky.... Trash was overflowing from lobby trash cans. Restrooms were disorderly. Paper towel and tissue paper all over the floor. Thetoilet was clogged. Disgusted with the state of the lobby, I went to the drive thru. After I ordered I asked a simple questionabout the cup sizes and the manager (Richard) was rude with his response. He proceeded to pull my car and I sat and waited for40 minutes until a different manager (Robert) noticed my car and asked why I was there. I told him about my order and it washandled quickly without backlash unlike the first manager. Management needs to take a good look at who they let have the power. Read more
Ordered thru the door dash app. When food arrived we were missing quite a bit. Missing an entire meal in fact, nuggets, fries,... dipping sauce, straws, napkins. Very disappointed in the service we recieved. Not to mention the fries we did recieve werealmost completely cold. Read more
About every other time I come here, the sandwiches are cold. They have no drive thru skills. When you say I'll be a minute, I'm... not expecting you to take 5 to 10... there were only 2 cars in front of us and because yall took so long lost 2 cars worth ofbusiness... we've drove away from your drive thru multiple times because of your employees not taking our orders. McDonald'swill have twice as many cars, we pull up they take our order immediately, while still serving others, we even have to waitsometimes for our food to come out, but in literally less time than it takes yall to even ask waht we want. I waited over 15min at the window with zero communication on what was happening only to be handed my food and told sorry, they... were waiting on sausage...but of course though every single thing else was cold cause it had been sitting while waiting. coldpotatoes. cold egg. cold everything. We wont be returning to this location and will just order carry out from a restaurant forthe same wait time. Maybe at least then we'll get hot food for the same price as cold food with a long wait time. Read more
