I've had a love/ hate relationship with this Applebee's over the years. I've always loved the bees but sometimes the service... isn't good. I've had some hits and misses at this location but the food and drinks are always top notch. Ate here last night andmy server Elisa was the absolute best!!! Sat right away..she came over immediately to get the drink order..drinks came out fastand delicious. Food was hot and perfect. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored..best service I've ever had there. Theenvironment was warm and comfortable, Christmas decorations looked pretty, the music was just right. This Applebee's was onpoint last night. Worst servive ever!!! Waited 2 hours before they even brought our drinks & then when they brought our kids meals they were cold... on a steaming hot plate...there were only 2/3 other customers in the entire restaurant so it wasn't because they were busy & thestaff were rude & acted as if we were in the writing group for complaining to the manager...NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! The server was very slow, my fiance ordered a side salad & he never brought it to us, he never took any empty plates away from... our table. Also he brought 2 big Pepsi when I had a toddler which it was supposed to be a kids Pepsi. I was very disappointedyesterday ???? Read more
I usually get take-out. Their app is very easy to use and the food is always ready right on time. Food is usually on point as... long as I don't get their steak lol Their 3 cheese chicken penne is so good thats usually my top choice. If their steak wasbetter and their broccoli wasn't so bland I would give them the 5 stars compared to most Applebee's this one is a lot more cleanand wel managed. Read more
My wife and I took my nephew here for his 17th birthday. The staff were great about bringing him a special dessert and singing... to him. The food was great. Our server was especially accommodating to me because I'm deaf and I really appreciate how she tookthe time to make sure she understood what I wanted. She smiled and was pleasant with all of us the whole time we were there. Theprice was what I expected. There is plenty of parking, including the Stop & Shop parking lot behind the restaurant. Service at the bar was nice. Very attentive and the beer was cold. Hubby enjoyed the Wiskey Burger, unfortunately my chicken was... charred leaving it inedible. We will be back - perhaps just an off afternoon for the kitchen crew. ???? Read more
Got invited to Applebee?s for lunch today. They do not offer any vegan options. I had to create my own meal with what they had... for sides. I got a baked potato no butter, steamed broccoli no butter, and a side of guacamole. I made a loaded baked potato. Itwould have been good except for the fact the potato was not as soft as I like for a baked potato, and the broccoli had sand init. My husband had to order the same as me, and he had sand in his broccoli too. We wont be going back to Applebee?s. The restof the group enjoyed their meals of chicken caesar salads & steak sandwiches.
