This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's. The dining room is always closed and so one needs to go through drive-thru.... Consider yourself lucky if you can get out of the drive-thru with your (correct) food in under 30 minutes ???? Sometimes we goto the North Providence one to avoid this one. Read more
Went on 11-5-2022. Never going again, went after comic con for lunch. Walked inside and no one was at the register. Only could... order with the self check out. But my problem was how unsanitary the place was. Trash overflowing, all on the floor, flieseverywhere. My friend had his order delivered to our nasty/sticky table. While I was waiting but they had my order up front. Theguy was so rude when i walked up to get my food, stared at me and told me to prove to him that this was my order. On top of allthis, I went to get ketchup and it came out all mid colored 100% expired. So yeah this Mcdonalds is terrible. Read more
So I get McDonald's only once a year at most and figured my one and done would be the adult happy meal. Pulled up and saw the... drive thru line was super long so I figured I'd go in. Doors were locked on a Friday at 6pm and apparently this location islocked up all the time and drive thru only. Went back to my car got in line, pretty long wait at the order window and of coursethey tell me the adult happy meal was sold out. I would have never waited that long had I known, wish there was a sign sayingthat so I knew. Kinda committed at that point so just got the big Mac meal. The workers were friendly at least and the food wasalright. It's McDonald's at the end of the day it is what it is I guess. Read more
So far we have a line out onto the road and I have been sitting here for 30 min in line while trying to treat my kids to a happy... meal after having a good week. The dining room is locked and not open for service for who knows why. We will never again becoming here. Read more
If I could give zero starts I would not only did I wait for 15 minutes in the drive threw I was served inedible food. I ordered... 2 quarter pounder meals both burgers were hard and on stale bread ice cold fries and dirty tasting soda. When was the last timethe ice machine was cleaned? You can taste the dirt. I also ordered chicken nuggets and they also were cold and hard. The kidsthat were working seem to have no clue about quality control. I had to throw out the food what a waste of time and money. Withservice like that and disgusting food you guys made me feel like you don?t care about your customers. Read more
This McDonald?s wait time in the afternoon specifically is absolutely ridiculous and management needs to do something. Waited... today in line to place an order 15min and another 10min just to get 1 Cheese Burger, 4 piece nuggets and a Sundae. 25min total?what a joke! The lady at the drive thru window apologized about the wait and said ?she doesn?t know why they took so long? yetshe was just standing around talking. Not the first time I?ve had to wait this long at this location while the workers juststand around talking. Quality of the food and service is NOT worth the wait time. Unless you want to kill time don?t visit thislocation, I hope management or owners are on top of these reviews and fix whatever issue is going on in there. ?Fast-Food?clearly does not fit this place! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND going out of you're way by any McDonald's around to get your food here. That's not all you'll get, you will... get what we received which is unbelievable service and personal care from the General Manager Leanne. No questions asked,driving an extra 15-20 minutes to go to the McDonald's to get this type of service is well worth the trip and we thank you forthe personal attention that is hard to find especially in the restaurant industry.
