Avoid this place! Management is horrendous. I've made a number of large orders and every time there is a huge issue. The 2 most... frustrating: The first time, they only had one kid on the schedule (manager blew him off)- he was so overwhelmed, I ended upwrapping and packing just so he could get it done and it was STILL over an hour past the pickup time. This last time, I orderedonline 48 hours in advance. We received a cancel notice 5 minutes AFTER they were due to be delivered! Let us scrambling to findfood for a group of kids. Read more

I would NOT recommend working at this location. The managers do not care about the well-being of their fellow co-workers. There... is a lack of respect that even I, a customer, can sense once arriving. This behavior can effect the accuracy of orders,therefore I do not recommend eating here as well. Read more

Walked up to this subway to find the doors closed? online it says they?re open til 9pm? I had asked if they were open and a... worker comes out saying ?no, I?m sorry? and there was no explanation like clearly there are staff in there working? There?susually slow service and workers are usually more interested in their own conversations with each other than the customers. Verydisappointed. Read more

Ordered Subway from door dash today, food arrived burnt black, hard as a rock and inedible. In store experience is always slow... service, staff is usually more interested in their personal conversations than working. Always complaining about customerscoming in to order, directly to said customers. I get subway multiple times a week but will be going to the Johnston store fromnow on. Read more

one of the worst establishments for customer service and fresh food! rude, lazy staff and the quality of freshness is always... lacking. gave this dump too many chances. The manager is also lack luster it doesn't know how to handle a customer concern. Beento better Subways where as the staff and management is in sync and cares for the customer! Read more

Usually quite good. The staff were friendly and courteous. Would likely have been 5 stars, except despite presenting my coupon... prior to ordering, I wasn't told that wraps were not part of the coupon. I found out at the register when the order wascomplete. The coupon stated "sandwich" and didn't specify sub or wrap. If there are exclusions, it should be stated on thecoupon. I would have ordered differently had I known. Instead, I paid full price so the staff wouldn't be blamed or in troublefor wasting food when I changed my order. Read more
