New employee at this location is stupid and doesn?t understand how to work. Ordered a deluxe cravings box which on the menu says... it includes nacho fries. I ordered that box and two famous bowl meals and the first time they didn?t even give me the box!! Iwent around a 2nd time and they did give me the box but it had nachos in it. It was supposed to be NACHO FRIES. I went around a3rd time and the girl said it was the other deluxe cravings box. That was not on the menu and she did not specify which one.They messed up our order and refused to give me nacho fries and instead tried to charge me. It?s this same new girl that makesmistakes and does not know how to work. The menu clearly showed that the box had nacho fries in it. There is no other box on themenu besides the one for nacho fries. There was also another time I ordered a nacho fries box and she charged me for the deluxe.I didn?t know that one existed and she did not ask me if I wanted the deluxe box or the 5 dollar nacho fries box. it's okay?.... I guess. but when someone has lived in Texas and California...Hunting down the best Mexican food in those places?... Now I'm ruined for life, cause once you've had some of the Finest. Pulled up to Order, I asked for a nacho bell grande with extra beef and no beans due to a bean allergy that I made them aware... of, before I pulled up to the window I saw that they entered extra beans so when I got to the window to correct it the cashierhad let me know that it was a mistake and they fixed it, when I got my order and pulled off I parked to eat and saw that therewas a whole lot of beans and no beef, went inside and an employee looked at me like I head four heads when I asked him if hecould please remake it, horrible service and incompetent employees don?t come here Read more
Ordered a family pack asked if the sauces was in the box was told yes arrived home to find no sauce. Employees were all chatting... looked like a meet up in high school in there. Read more
This place has gone down hill ever since they remodeled it. Management is awful, They are always running out of things and some... of the employees are not attentive at all. The food comes a mess. You always have to make sure you check your order before youleave. I'm all for employees getting along, chatting and making work fun but not when the job is not being done right. This place sucks and so does the manger. I just ordered a crunchy wrap supreme combo. When my order was up the manager came out... and slammed it down on the counter. Went to the car to eat it because you can?t eat inside. When I opened it up 1/2 of it fellon my car floor. The wrap was never even sealed or was it crispy. It look liked someone punched my wrap. The corn tortilla wasall smashed in and soft. The beef is watered down and looks like rust. The poor girl at the cash register is running back andobviously trying to help out in the back. Worst taco bell ever. The food is not made with care. We ordered about 6 tacos and each taco barely had any substance. My... recommendation is to go to the location on Mineral Springs, North Providence. Read more
