The food at this Bojangles is top notch, but some then staff here is very rude. Don't bother going here unless you want to get... out of your car and go in. The drive thru is down and has been for a while, and although there are signs in the parking lot thatsay "curbside" and that encourage you to download the app, curbside is not actually a thing at this Bojangles. I guess they weregoing to let me sit out there in my car until I was tired of waiting. Cause after 20 minutes I decided to go in a find out whatwas going on. That's when I was informed they don't offer curbside. What ensued next was 5 minutes of arguing with a beligerantmanager because she tried to tell me the order had been picked up already. I responded with no it hadn't been picked up, thaty'all may have gave it someone. Then she is gonna get and attitude with me even more. I went for breakfast this morning and the drive thru was closed for whatever reason and I had to go in, no problem. However,... there was a young man ahead of me, (there were two customers between us) and he paid for him and his friends breakfast, it was$12 and some change and he paid with a 20 dollar bill. When the girl handed him his cup he walked to the fountain machine andfixed his drink, forgetting his change. The girl at the register told the girl working the line he didn't get his change and shetold her hold up, just leave it and the girl at the register, Kayla - I asked her name didn't say a word to the boy!!!! When Igot my food from the girl working the line I asked her name and she told me, Kayla. She then turned to Kayla and laughed andtold her she was about to be called on for something. I informed them both that I most certainly was going to call and reporther for keeping the young man's money and proceeded to my car. The boys were still there in their car eating their breakfast andshe saw them as well and did not come out of wave him in to get his change. He sat there for almost three minutes and she didn'ttry to make it right!!!! I watched them drive away looking dead at the boys!!!! I have been calling the store since 9:30am, 17times to be exact and the phone rings and rings until a busy signal comes on! I have tried from six different numbers and nobodyhas answered all day!!!! Ordered a 12 PC Supreme tender meal comes w/ 1/2 gal tea, they gave me 4 cups of tea and had no drink carriers!!! Who does... that??? Oh yeah no fries either!!! This is Bojangles for ya. They can never get your order right either!!! Read more
Incredibly slow. Only 2 cars in line and took 25+ minutes. Staff inside paid no attention to customers and were in no effort to... make things go any quicker. No doubt the worst experience I have had. If I could give less stars I would. Read more
Just waited 15min almost 20min on tenders! And I was the only person in drive-thru and dine-in. Lady who was taking orders in... drive thru should REALLY consider a job NOT working with the public. Receipt doesn't say a name just Check# 417295 consideringcalling management but he didn't look too much like management material!. I've worked fast food before and I never acted likethat. She litterally just stared at a me like I could read her mind, while she tried to hand me drinks with change n my handthat she kust handed me, then i apologized and she just stared!!! Ordered 2- 5 piece tenders, 2 sausage with pimento cheese and a steak biscuit. Waited over 20 minutes for food. Only reason why... finally got food is due to us complaining. Food barely warm. Fries cols. Very poor service. Not recommended to anyone not evenmy dog. Read more
Multiple times I?ve had issues at this Bojangles. This morning the drive thru had a not that it was closed but dining room was... open, but the doors were locked. Had to knock on the window to get them to open it. Then the lady was not nice at all. Read more
