So many bad reviews and for good reason. I love bojangles sooo much. But this bojangles makes the brand look terrible. The staff... are rude and just don?t care. The food is often not available or cold and or just bad. I agree this place should just be shutdown if not put under new management. Please for the love of god stop this madness! Bought an 8 piece box of white meat chicken, got home had 5 pieces of thighs. No one likes thighs at my house. So I decided I'd... never by chicken there again. Today was Sat. This place is always out of this or that. Today was the last straw - it was 2 PM (well after the lunch rush) and each car in... front of me moved once every 5 minutes. Well I get up to order and there is silence. No one responded to take the other. Iwaited ANOTHER 5 minutes of them ignoring the intercom and the now long line behind me. I drove off without even ordering aftera total of over 20 minutes. Pathetic! Read more

The last three times I been there they never have chicken ready. Today I went up there they didn't have mashed potatoes, Mac n... cheese, fry's and no thighs and a couple of legs to replace the thighs and wanted to charge me $35 and I drove off I guess Ineed to go to Kentucky fried chicken to get what I need. Someone forgot to tell whoever runs this restaurant that the COVID pandemic is over. Is there a dining room? Of course there is!... You will be able to admire it from your car, as it is locked and unusable. In fact, the only way to purchase food from thislocation is in the drive-through. While admiring the dining room from your car, expect a half hour to 45 minute wait in thedrive-through line. You should give up. It?s not worth it. I guess it takes the burden off the employees do not actually haveto deal with public. That must be nice. It, however, it is not with you and call customer service. This location should be shutdown, and re-opened with all new management and employees in place. It also could become a restaurant where people can dine. Read more

At this this Bojangles should be shut down they refuse to cook chicken because as they say ( it will take to long) when asked... how long they said 25 mins keep in mind it only 6pm. The workers has no customer service skills either train your staff or shutdown. For this is not the first time this has happen at this location. Read more

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. This was the last time I will ever come here and I will make sure to share my... experience all over social media so people stop coming and you lose business. I come here almost every other day and every timeI get a bad experience because of the rude attitude the woman in the drive thru window gives me for no reason. I understand it's8 o'clock in the morning but that is uncalled for. This last time was the worst experience. Unprofessional and rude. The mainwoman there that talks into the intercom always gives you an attitude. My food was nasty and cold. Biscuit is falling apart.Tried calling in and no one picked up. Came back and doors are locked and no one paid attention that someone was knocking at thedoor. Went through the line and asked for my refund. I had all my food but the biscuits fell apart and this woman thought I ateone of them even though you can clearly see it was broken up from how badly they made them. REFUSED to give my whole refund andalso took the food back. I did not get my refund and I promise you I will reach out to whoever I need to so the employeesresponsible for this get fired. Do these people not understand that you absolutely RUIN someone's morning by being so rude anddisrespectful for no reason at all. I can literally hear that same lady yelling inside complaining that I came back for myrefund. I wasn't mean and I simply asked for my refund. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. It will ruin your morning.
